2）熟悉mysql数据库的运行机制,精通mysql数据库的日常优化管理；
3）精通数据库的架构规划，高可用性，主从复制，Cluster等技术，熟悉自动化运维和管理
4）熟悉NoSQL以及相关开源项目（Hadoop/HIVE/HBase等）
5）能独立完成DBA自动化上线流程；

（1）具有较强的项目管理能力和协调能力；
（2）具有良好的团队协作精神，善于与人沟通，能够承担一定的工作压力；
（3）具有较强的技术文档整理、分析、撰写能力。
