任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，年龄25-35周岁，性别不限
2、呼叫中心1-3年的管理经验
岗位职责：
1、协助完成所在项目各项运营指标。
2、协助做好项目的运营管理，控制和提升服务质量，保证项目良好运营。
3、对项目需求的管理制度、工作流程提出合理化建议，并且根据实际情况不断优化完善。制定符合项目需求的激励和考核机制，保证团队工作积极性，并在实际工作中不断优化相关机制，满足项目的良性发展。
4、关注市场发展，捕捉商机，配合业务人员和主管部门做好业务拓展工作。
5、协助上级开展团队建设与人员培养工，做好项目团队各级人员的梯队建设，促进管理团队的稳定性
素质要求：
1、认同公司企业文化，忠诚度较高；
2、熟练运用办公软件，对数据敏感性高；
3、有较强的文案能力，能独立撰写总结报告以及策划方案。
4、需有较强的抗压能力。
