任职要求：
1、计算机科学及相关专业毕业，硕士研究生及以上学历；
2、了解软件工程概念和软件开发流程，能使用svn或cvs等项目管理工具精通web mvc框架，熟悉JSP/Servlet、JavaScript、Ajax、Jquery等WEB开发技术；
3、精通struts、spring、ibatis等架构框架并理解其工作机制，熟悉现有主流开源框架，有大型系统架构的实战经验；
4、精通Tomcat、Weblogic、Websphere等服务器的应用部署和配置，有java性能分析及调优经验，有企业级应用开发背景；
5、精通oracle，mysql，sqlserver等流行数据库管理系统，有存储过程开发经验，拥有较好的数据库设计能力；
6、有良好的客户交流、沟通能力和需求理解能力，有较强的协作精神和团队意识；
7、有良好而规范的编程习惯和技术文档编写习惯；
8、吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强。有责任心，可以接受短期出差。
