3、熟悉Mysql、Oracle、MongoDB等常用数据库操作，熟练掌握数据库设计和性能优化者为佳。

4、熟悉Linux环境，了解DevOps理念，有Docker、K8S开发或运维经验优先。

5、有其他一种及以上语言Java/Go/React等开发经验优先。

6、有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动，有强烈的责任心。

7、热爱编程，对技术有热情，学习能力强。
