2、运用NLP与LLM技术完成数据处理、分析和建模，包括但不限于语义分析、内容推荐等；
3、基于业务场景，进行模型微调（Fine-Tuning）、提示工程（Prompt Engineering）与应用开发；
4、对接AI需求进行模型开发，并负责模型的上线和交付；
5、跟进LLM前沿技术和趋势，进行技术探索，优化公司AI产品和方案。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，计算机/数学/统计学等专业；
2、熟练使用Python语言，熟练掌握统计机器学习基本算法，熟练掌握Transformer、BERT等NLP模型；
3、数据分析能力扎实，有较强的编程能力；
4、良好的计划能力、协调能力、沟通能力、理解能力、敬业精神；
5、逻辑思维能力强，有责任心，具备独立完成工作的能力；
6、符合以下条件者优先：
（1）有大模型应用开发（如LangChain、LlamaIndex）、提示工程、RAG 等项目经验；
（2）有数据安全、隐私计算、内容安全等相关领域模型开发经验；
（3）有小样本/弱监督学习项目经验。
