岗位职责：
1、负责产品的设计及开发工作；
2、负责代码重构及性能优化，保障产品上线的稳定性及性能；
3、负责技术难点的技术攻关；
4、配合架构师完成核心代码及主要模块的开发。

任职要求：
1、性别不限，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、至少3年以上Java Web开发经验，必须具有中、大型软件项目设计、开发经验；
3、精通Spring、SpringMvc、MyBatis，SpringCloud熟悉其他常用Java EE框架；
4、熟悉Html、JavaScript、CSS、Ajax等WEB前端技术、熟练掌握JQuery、掌握前端技术的组件化与面向对象设计；
5、了解多线程和NIO，了解JVM原理及调优；
6、有良好的编码规范，敏锐的Bug分析排查能力，具备阅读分析第三方源码的能力，了解*新技术的发展趋势并能合理运用，理解代码重构；
7、拥有丰富的系统分析设计能力，及面向对象分析和设计能力，掌握常用的设计模式
