一、工作职责详细描述

1. 负责生产质量体系文件管理。

2. 负责协助人员培训管理。

3. 负责协助开展自检工作。

4. 负责协助质量分析会开展。

5. 负责参与年度报告、产品年度质量回顾撰写工作。

6. 负责协助供应商审计与档案管理。

7. 负责产品上市放行记录的审核。

8. 负责协助确认与验证工作的管理，对受托方的确认和验证方案及报告进行审核。

9.负责协助印刷性包装材管理。

10.负责参与偏差、CAPA、OOS、OOT审核管理。

11.负责参与变更审核管理。

12.负责参与质量投诉和产品召回管理。

13.负责协助进行不良反应等药物警戒工作。

14.负责协助不合格品、退货、返工、回收管理。

二、任职条件

1. 工作经验：具有3年及以上质量管理或QA工作经验；有口服固体制剂、外用制剂和注射剂生产质量管理经验优先。

2. 岗位要求：熟悉国家药事法规，熟悉GMP和审计要求，熟悉使用办公软件
3. 专业要求：药学或相关专业本科及以上学历

4. 技能要求：具有组织、沟通协调能力；具备开展QA工作所需的知识和技能
