岗位职责：
1.负责监控车间现场质量情况，保证生产过程顺利进行。
2.按照工艺要求、质量标准、生产指令进行现场监控。
3.负责落实符合性的监控与反馈。
4.随生产进度按产品质量控制点及时取样、抽检，及时将检测结果反馈给生产现场指导生产操作。
5.负责生产现场质量异常情况的分析反馈及对处理意见的后续跟踪。
6.负责中间站管理符合性的检查。
7.负责车间清场确认，发清场合格证。
8.负责车间相关状态标识的符合性的检查并对不符合性要求整改。
9.完成现场监控记录的规范填写。
10.生产开工前的检查确认，检查生产前物料
11.复核生产作业书是否及时、规范填写。
12.各班QA完成交接班工作，及保证工作场所用物品完好和现场清洁。
13.负责核对供货商在厂合格供货商目录范围内，中药材到货的初验、取样、送检、填写取样记录。
14.生产结束后，复核产品数量、收率、物料平衡。
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，药学专业，中药学优先；
2.3年以上同岗位工作经验，有生产经验优先；
3.熟悉药品相关法律法规与GMP规范等质量管理体系的管理要求
