职位描述
1. 主要负责Unity3D游戏客户端的业务框架搭建，及客户端功能开发；
2. 根据项目需求，负责Unity引擎开发、性能优化等相关工作；
3. 针对游戏特性的关键技术点选型及攻坚，把控代码品质，与TA、美术对接；
4. 承担游戏的性能分析、优化、技术问题解决。

职位要求
1. 5年以上工作经验，3年以上Unity3d开发经验；完整参与过一个完整的3D游戏项目，回合制游戏或开放世界MMORPG开发经验优先；
2. 擅长Unity3d客户端架构设计能力，有深度性能优化经验者优先；
3. 熟悉Unity引擎开发与新技术预研，熟悉URP渲染管线；
4. 有扎实的计算机基础知识，良好的逻辑分析能力，以及解决问题能力；
5. 善于沟通，具有强的责任心，自我驱动力和抗压能力。能独立负责推动业务开发的落地。
