一、岗位职责：
1、负责业务系统核心模块的需求梳理、技术方案设计及开发文档输出，确保架构合理、可追溯；
2、基于Spring Boot、Spring Cloud及Redis，按照规范完成核心模块代码开发，确保代码质量、可读性及可维护性，充分适配金融业务的高安全、高合规需求；
3、负责开发模块的测试、缺陷排查与修复，保障模块功能符合业务及质量标准；配合相关团队完成系统联调及第三方接口对接，解决联调中的技术问题；
4、负责上线后核心模块的问题排查、缺陷修复及性能优化，保障系统稳定运行；协助定位线上突发问题（如服务熔断、降级、高并发下故障）；
5、参与技术方案评审、代码审查，编写高质量技术文档，与产品、测试及前端团队紧密协作。

二、任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实：熟悉多线程、JVM原理、集合框架、网络编程等，有实际性能调优经验者优先；
3、Spring生态：熟练使用Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（如Nacos、Gateway、Feign、Sentinel等），理解微服务治理；
4、Redis：精通Redis数据结构、持久化、主从/哨兵/集群模式，能独立解决缓存穿透、雪崩、击穿及热key问题；
5、数据库：熟悉MySQL，具备SQL优化和索引设计能力，了解MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus；
6、开发工具与规范：熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle、Docker，熟悉RESTful API设计规范；
7、问题解决能力：能独立完成中等复杂度模块的开发，具备线上故障排查经验（如Arthas、jstack、jmap等）；
8、软素质：良好的沟通协作能力，责任心强，有技术钻研精神。

三、加分项（非必须）
1、有高并发、分布式事务、消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ）实际项目经验。
2、了解容器编排（K8s）、CI/CD流程。
3、有金融业务系统（保理/供应链金融）开发经验。

四、其他情况
能接受出差（省内省外出差情况），因部门有个别项目需要出差，项目有需要时会安排出差。
