1、熟练掌握Python编程语言，具有丰富的Python开发经验；
2、具备良好的软件设计和架构能力，熟悉常见的设计模式和开发原则；
3、熟悉常用的Python开发框架和库，如FastAPI、Uvicorn、Conda、Supervisor、Flask、NumPy等；
4、熟悉Web开发技术，包括HTML、CSS、JavaScript等；
5、具备数据库设计和优化经验，熟悉SQL语言；
6、熟悉版本控制系统，如Git，具备团队协作开发经验；
7、具备良好的问题解决能力和调试技巧，能够进行系统故障排除；
8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神（加分项：具备大规模系统设计和开发经验）；
9、具备AI能力或算法相关开发经验。具备Docker和容器化技术的经验，能够在Linux服务器上进行容器部署和管理，熟悉Shell脚本编程，在Linux环境下进行自动化脚本开发和维护。
