岗位职责
1. 负责公司核心业务系统的后端架构设计、功能开发与性能优化，使用Java技术栈实现高可用、高并发的服务端逻辑；
2. 参与需求分析、技术方案制定，编写高质量代码与技术文档；
3. 配合前端、测试等团队完成联调测试，解决开发过程中的技术问题；
4. 对线上系统进行监控与维护，及时排查并修复故障，保障系统稳定运行；
5. 跟踪行业技术发展趋势，引入新技术提升研发效率与系统竞争力。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握Java基础（多线程、集合框架、JVM原理等），熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流框架；
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库，具备SQL调优和数据库设计能力；
4. 熟悉分布式系统开发，掌握RPC、消息队列（如Kafka、RabbitMQ）等技术；
5. 熟悉微服务架构，了解服务注册与发现、链路追踪等组件；
6. 具备良好的代码规范意识，能独立完成模块设计与开发；
7. 有高并发、高可用系统设计经验，熟悉分布式事务解决方案者优先；
8. 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，良好的沟通协作能力和团队合作精神。
