岗位职责
1. 参与新产品立项，制定项目研发阶段的质量保证计划。
2. 理解和转化行业标准、客户需求为内部可执行的质量检验标准和测试规范。
3. 项目研发阶段对硬件各模块及产品等进行质量把控，提前发现潜在设计缺陷。
4. 分析并处理客户反馈的重大质量问题，主导排查和解决。追踪产品在市场中的质量表现，推动持续改进。

任职条件：
1.学历：大专及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、计算机科学、通信工程等相关专业。
2.经验：2年及以上工控、电子或相关领域硬件质量保证或测试开发经验。有ARM架构产品开发或测试经验优先。
3.熟练阅读和理解硬件原理图，了解电路设计原理。
4.熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、频谱分析仪、程控电源等进行信号质量和硬件故障分析。
5.有一定的抗压能力，有一定的风险意识与前瞻性：能够预见设计可能带来的潜在风险，并在问题发生前就提出预警。
