岗位职责
1、负责软包装产品（如复合膜、袋、标签等）的来料、制程及成品质量检验，严格按照检验标准及作业指导书执行检测，确保检验流程规范、记录完整准确。
2、对检验过程中发现的不合格品进行标识、隔离并及时上报，跟踪不合格品处理流程，确保处置闭环，防止不合格品流入下一道工序或市场。
3、协助监控生产过程中的质量控制点，定期统计质量数据，分析质量波动原因，配合团队制定及落实改进措施，持续优化产品质量。
4、负责检验设备、仪器的日常点检、校准与维护，确保设备正常运行，保障检验结果精准性。
5、完成上级交办的其他与质量管控相关的工作任务。
工作时间
1、两班倒，8：00-20:00，半个月倒一次。
2、上六休一，忙得情况14天休一。
薪资待遇
1、底薪2100+加班费+绩效奖金每月500-1500不等+外宿补贴300+高温补贴150+全勤奖+年终奖1-6个月工资不等；
2、不定期调薪，根据个人能力调整；
3、五险一金，包吃。
