1. 3D视觉设计：

· 设计并制作动态的3D产品展示、沉浸式背景和视觉特效。
· 探索并应用创新的3D设计风格，提升产品的视觉差异化和品牌辨识度。
2. UI 界面设计：
· 负责Web网站、移动端App（iOS/Android）、小程序、软件界面等产品前期构思，将复杂的交互逻辑转化为直观、美观的用户界面。
· 负责制作高保真UI视觉稿、设计系统、组件库，确保设计的一致性与可实施性。
· 与产品经理、交互设计师紧密合作，理解用户需求，为功能与体验提供视觉解决方案。
3. 动态与交互动效设计：
· 为UI组件、页面转场、品牌元素设计细腻、流畅的微交互动效，增强产品的引导性与情感化表达。
· 产出可在开发中直接使用的动效文档或原型（如使用Lottie、Spine、或提供参数文档）。
4. 跨界协作与落地：
· 与前端、开发工程师密切沟通，确保3D资源与动效的高效、高质量技术实现。
· 能够输出规范的设计资产，并为团队提供设计支持与指引。
任职要求
1. 专业背景：美术、设计、动画或相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上数字产品视觉设计经验，其中至少1年专注于3D设计与UI结合的领域。
2. 硬核技能：
· 3D能力精通：精通 Blender、Cinema 4D 或 Maya 等至少一款主流3D软件，具备完整的建模、UV、材质、灯光、渲染（如Octane/Redshift）及动画能力。
· UI设计精通：精通 Figma 或 Sketch，深刻理解移动端/Web端设计规范、iOS/Android设计语言，具备构建与维护设计系统的经验。
· 动效能力：熟练使用 After Effects、Principle、Rive 或类似工具制作UI动效与简单叙事动画。
· 全流程掌握：了解3D资产从设计到网页/移动端（如WebGL、Three.js、Unity）的优化与落地流程。
3. 设计思维：出色的审美、色彩感知与构图能力，对设计趋势敏感。不仅关注视觉效果，更能理解其背后的产品目标与用户需求。
4. 协作精神：了解前端基础知识（HTML/CSS）,优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
