岗位职责：
1.对接业务需求，制定生产计划，协调深圳工厂产能规划，确保生产计划贴合出货需求，保障交付准时率，尽量规避断货与库存积压。
2.负责物料管控与采购计划跟进，预防上线工单欠料。设置安全库存，监控周转率，预防及处理呆滞物料，降低库存成本。
3.协调处理各类交付异常，对接运营、采购，跟进订单从生产到出货的全流程，对订单满足率负责。
4.建立PMC工作标准流程，维护数据报表与预警看板，通过数据分析发现瓶颈，推动供应链效率提升。
5.组织跨部门沟通，作为武汉研发中心与深圳工厂的核心对接窗口，组织产销协同会，打通信息壁垒，确保各环节高效衔接。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，8年及以上电子行业PMC相关经验，熟悉电子料，有对接异地工厂背景者优先。
2.熟练操作ERP系统，精通Excel数据透视表及常用函数，具备较强的数据分析与报表搭建能力。
3.较强的跨地域沟通协调与抗压能力，逻辑清晰，能高效推动工厂与武汉研发中心团队协同落地。
4.严谨细致，有成本意识和风险管控意识，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力，能适应与深圳工厂的定期远程对接。
