agile coach岗位职责

Brief description of the position:

The Agile Expert is a Lean-Agile leader coach fthe Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating guiding the work of all ARTs in the Solution Train. This position will need to work closely with the business units to ensure the HUBDE strategy roadmap is implemented in the solution product.


Key Tasks:

1.Develops updates vision roadmap of Solution Train with solution train leaders.
2.Ensure HUB-D solution information alignment with all key stakeholder at portfolio planning level.
3.Prepare HUB-D solution PI planning. Facilitate solution backlog preparation, communicate with key stakeholder, guide capacity assessment.
4.Conduct HUB-D solution PI planning. Ensure visibility effective interaction across ARTs ensure the planning matching the goal.
5.Coordinate HUB-D solution delivery. Facilitate cross ARTs demo solution release. Ensure the solution team delivery according to plan timing scope.
6.Measures the flow of solution epics capabilities facilitate solution team constantly improvement.
7.Plan control the source usage of the solution train.
8.Lead guide less experienced Software Developers.


Qualification skills:

1.Bacheldegree above in the field of software development, engineering, Computer science, Electronic, similar subject.
2.More than 8 years working experience, 3 years experiences fautomotive R&D related work. working within a transforming fast-evolving environment.
3.More 2 years team leading large project.
4.Familiar with automotive software development process delivery.
5.Familiar experienced of Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) ASPICE.
6.Familiar with automotive R&D tool chains. E.g. Jira, Confluence, Codebeamer, CI/CD tools, test management tools.
7.The candidate should have strong communication, cooperation coordination skills.
8.The candidate should have strong documentation skills.
9.The candidate should be excellence in English. German speaking is a plus.
