analog design engineer岗位职责

As a Sr. Analog Design Engineer , you will have the opportunity to utilize your analog/mixed signal skills to design, simulate and provide support for various high accuracy analog/mixed signal blocks developed for our proprietary technology. You will have the opportunity to be exposed and to work with a highly enthusiastic engineering team.
Experience
Theoretical and practical understanding of analog circuits suitable for designing in CMOS processes as well as device physics and control theory
Experience in designing opamps, comparators, current mirrors, active-loads, voltage regulators, LDOs, charge pumps – must have
Familiarity in designing configurable PTAT references (bandgap and current references) – must have
Familiarity with any non-volatile process technologies such as EEPROM or Flash is a plus
Fabrication process variation impacts and performance, Monte Carlo sampling – must have
Silicon debug experience – desirable
Initiative, innovation, good communication and team pla
Floor planning for analog layout blocks
EDA tools including the Cadence and/or Mentor Graphics design fr
Linux/Unix platforms
Requirements
5+ years of analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design
MSEE preferred
Good verbal and writing communication skills
Self motivated

Job Responsibilities

Design, simulate, verify high-speed SerDes interface circuits.
Develop AMS models fhigh-speed analog circuit modules support IP verification.
Define IC module performance specifications design documentation.
Design IC modules provide guidance flayout implementation.
Support chip testing, performance validation, laboratory debugging.


Requirements

Master’s degree above in Microelectronics, Circuits Systems, related fields, with a strong foundation in analog circuit analysis understanding.
Solid theoretical practical experience in electromagnetic fields, transmission lines, spiral inductors, resonant circuits is a plus.
Proficiency in using Cadence custom circuit design tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc.).
Ability to independently complete technical tasks, perform manual analysis verification, testing, quantify work results.
Excellent communication skills strong team collaboration abilities.

工作职责：1、根据项目需求，设计相关模拟电路(以ADC，PLL，LDO等为主）；
2、与版图设计工程师讨论确定版图规划；
3、模拟版图后仿真；
4、完成相关文档工作 。

任职资格：1、电子工程或微电子硕士以上学历；
2、扎实的模拟电路理论知识；
3、了解半导体工艺；
4、有较强的团队合作精神；
5、有实际模拟电路设计经验者优先；
