Main Tasks
1、 Pre-Sales Technical Support: Deeply understclient needs (spanning diverse fields such as materials science, life sciences, geology/archaeology, electronics manufacturing) to provide expert technical consultation. Design demonstrate customized micro-CT solutions that precisely address client pain points, facilitating business acquisition project success.
2、Post-Sales Application Support: Conduct comprehensive client training to ensure optimal utilization of equipment. Deliver timely, professional technical troubleshooting remote/on-site application support. Build long-term client trust enhance customer satisfaction loyalty.
3、Market Development & Solution Innovation: Proactively conduct market research based on our product portfolios technical strengths to identify develop new application fields market directions. Spearhead the creation of innovative application solutions fnovel scenarios unmet needs. Develop technical whitepapers, case studies, promotional materials.
4、Technical Enablement & Knowledge Management: Gather analyze frontline application feedback to inform product iteration R&D. Serve as an internal technical knowledge hub, providing ongoing product application training to sales marketing teams to elevate the overall technical competency of theganization.
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree above in material science, semiconductelectronics related discipline
Experience
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience pre-sales technical support mixed experience, CT/FIB/SEM experience is a plus
Other skills
1、Solid understanding of micro-CT / X-ray 3D imaging principles, operation, image processing, data analysis.

Position Summary
● Work under the National Solution Management Manager. Provide professional solutions tailored to market demands; drive execute the implementation of these solutions throughout the sales process; analyze market dynamics competitive landscapes to refine enhance systematic solutions workflows based on industry needs; support pre-sales activities fthe sales team.
Main Tasks
● Develop solution packages by collecting industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, application cases ftarget segments.
● Formulate drive the implementation of sales promotion strategies tailored to industry verticals.
● Develop customized technical solutions optimize technical workflows based on client requirements.
● Support sales activities, including product presentations development of tailored technical proposals.
● Perform other related duties responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
● Master Degree above in Material/physics/electronics/semiconduct preferred.
Experience
● At least two years of experience in operating electron microscopy;
● Familiarity with FIB (Focused Ion Beam) operation is preferred;
● A background in the semiconductfield is preferred.

Position Summary
1、Serve as technical expert to provide day-to-day application support to customer in assigned regions. Maintain technical expertise to provide consultancy support on marketing strategy activity.
2、Work is performed under the general direction of Marketing Manager of Business Unit.
Main Tasks
Duties responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Provide external after-sales application training to customer in assigned regions to ensure value perception customer satisfaction of CZ product. It will include post-install training on machine operation follow-up in-depth training on clinical application fdefined product.50%
● Support pre-sale by advance demo 20%
● Work closely with KOL , reference site VIP customers in assigned regions to support on clinical study, product trial, training seminar, guru visit, publication & presentation, etc. 15%
● Support on market information, sales training, marketing activities sales aids 15%
● Perform other related duties responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
● Bacheldegree in related disciplines 2 years clinical working experience, majin ophthalmology is preferred Master degree above in related disciplines
