associate consultant岗位职责

MajDuties Performed (Main Functions):
– Contributes to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology
recommendations
– Conducts independent desk research using internal external sources
– Performs quantitative qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations;
exercises informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the question
– Conducts phone face-to-face interviews with senimanagers executives in the client
team external stakeholders (e.g. physicians)
– Contributes to the preparation, execution follow up of client workshops
– Takes responsibility fcreating sections of reports, presentations other client deliverables, under supervision
– Presents to client audiences via teleconference in face-to-face meetings
– Builds professional relationships with members of the client team
– Acquires deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources, acting as expert advisto other members of the consulting team
– Proactively develops knowledge of the healthcare industry consulting methodologies. Assists in proposal development
Candidate Requirements:
– Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required
– BachelMaster’s degree, medical, business management related education background is plus
– academic PhD with no little work experience but relative research analysis experience capabilities
– 2 relative working experience in analysis researching industry experience as sales,
marketing, SFE analysts physicians
– A strong commitment to high quality work an interest in rapid learning skill
development.
– A willingness ability to travel work under pressure challenge
– Excellent interpersonal team-working skills
– Exceptional written, numerical problem solving skills
– Adaptability an ability to learn quickly apply new knowledge

- 协助制定和执行泛IT行业、汽车行业和医疗行业客户的品牌公关的传播策略，塑造国际化、高品质的品牌形象；
- 懂得如何了解、分析客户所在行业的信息；
- 善于媒介沟通，能够独立开拓和维护科技行业媒体、自媒体及其他传播平台资源；
- 善于和沟通核心媒体产出品牌方向深度报道；
- 善于和客户（尤其是英文客户）开展沟通，并能够独立面对客户的大部分日常传统媒体和新媒体需求;
- 撰写对外新闻稿件、深度稿件、新媒体稿件，并对传播效果进行有效分析；
- 辅助完成公关事件策划，并将方案落地和执行；
- 具备独立的思考能力和良好的团队/跨团队协作能力；
- 会使用MS office系列软件，会Adobe Photoshop, AE, Pr 候选人优先
要求：
- 本科及以上学历，英文可作为工作语言；
- 4-5年公关或科技媒体从业经验，对手机行业发展趋势有一定了解；
- 善于捕捉新闻热点，具备一定稿件撰写能力；
- 形象气质良好，性格开朗、人际沟通能力强；
- 有一定抗压能力，敢于挑战更高目标；
- 态度积极、乐观、乐于助人、认真负责
