Typical Accountabilities:
●
Maintain the QMS of China MCOQ to ensure the compliance to AstraZeneca QCM &standards GSP regulations regarding to China trading companies.
●
Serve as quality liaison to the drug regulatory agency (if required), support GMP&GDP audits inspections, support the smooth closure of inspections.
●
To maintain / improve efficient product batch evaluation procedure to ensure the product supply is maintained at a high-quality standard.
●
Responsible fChina MCOQ Wholesaler Quality Life Cycle Management.
●
Responsible fChina MCOQ product/ Wholesaler/ service suppliers Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) Quality Life Cycle Management.
●
Responsible fthe quality events handling during the daily business, including but not limited to deviation, complaint, etc.
●
Lead, facilitate support key business processes on behalf of QA in supply chain.
●
To be part of global vendprogram management, support imported finished products management work with sending site QA, EQ global cooperate quality.
●
Responsible fthe achievement of quality KPIs objectives/Quality Plans. Ensure adverse trends related to quality compliance are addressed through development of continuous improvement plans.
●
Support QMS compliance continuous improvement in China MCOQ , actively identify issues, concerns, risks escalate timely.
●
Contributes to development procedures in area of specialism provides some technical input the development of global standards ffunction globally.
●
Leads trouble shooting activities to resolve existing problems, make complicated judgements anticipate future developments in AstraZeneca’s Quality related needs.
●
Drive the quality process improvement simplification as quality business process champion, ensuring GMP/GDP/GSP compliance AZ global standard compliance.
●
Identify understthe SHE risk factors within the department.
Requirements：
●
Chemistry, Digitalization. Licensed pharmacist is preferred.
●
10+ years priexperience in GMP/GSP/GDP compliance management environment.
●
5+ years’ experience of supplier quality management distribution quality management.
●
Experience of working cross functionally across the supply chain with groups such as regulatory affairs, manufacturing, supply, account management, etc.
●
Overall quality management system GMP/GSP/GDP knowledge.
●
Expert of GMP/GSP market company quality systems.
●
Experienced in Digitalization
●
Expert of quality management system key process quality risk management.
●
Wide network in the industry local authority.
●
Good collaboration, team coaching people development capability.
●
Good commof English.
●
Good Computer skill.
●

Purchasing & supply
● Sourcing procurement of materials/services fFibrogen/AZ Beijing operation site
● Make sure all processes/activities in this category are fully compliant to GMP, GIA, S404 requirements company policy
● Contribute the good reputation maximum benefit fcompany
● Work closely with end users to understtheir needs, expectation manage stakeholders well
● Ensure Suppliers’ qualification who supply to Fibrogen/AstraZeneca
● Follow Regulations (GMP, GSP, Lablaw etc) in daily purchasing activities
● Forecast demmanagement

Sourcing & supplier management
● Make sure meeting AZ CR requirement in supplier sourcing & selection
● SHE requirements are fully implemented in site service
● Research analyze marketing intelligence to set up potential supplier database ensure AZ have the enough procurement power during negotiation

● Monitsupplier’s performance to ensure the good performance delivered
● Annual contract & price review with key suppliers
● Meet with key suppliers on a regular basis, find improvement opportunities

Education/Qualifications/Experience:
● Bacheldegree above. Majof business, trade Pharmaceutical is preferential
● 7+ years working experience in MNCs at least 2 years in Sourcing
● Good personality responsibility
● Fluent in spoken written English
● MS office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
● SAP is preferred
● Project leadership capability
● Good communication skill
● Team work
