汇报：工厂总经理和中国区财务总监

主要职责：
主要负责工厂财务分析、成本控制、预算管理、固定资产管理、总账以及本地税务支持等工作。财务共享模块如应收应付、资金等集中在上海，侧重于工厂端的财务支持与分析。

任职要求：
1、英文口语熟练（亚太区经常有电话会议）；
2、候选人行业：化工行业、化纤行业、特种橡胶行业为；其它制造业也OK。
3、会计、审计、税务等相关专业本科以上学历。
4、至少8年以上的财务管理经验。

Role Summary
Lead the process of setting business targets monitoring business performance, advise on the financial consequences of majdecisions, lead the process of presenting / reporting financial managerial data, make recommendations targeted at improving safeguarding financial results. Participate in various projects.
Job Responsibilities
Business Planning
Contribute to the development of annual business plans; contribute with developing business cases fkey activities/projects with estimating the financial human resources required to deliver performance targets.
Information Business Advice
Provide specialist advice on the interpretation application of policies procedures, resolving queries issues referring very complex contentious issues to others.
Insights Reporting
Contribute to the preparation of various data analytics reports.
Recommendations
Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures precedents.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Build effective working relationships within the internal clientganization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senicolleagues.
Stakeholder Engagement
Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding commitment.
Financial Management Control
Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes fa designated area of financial control.
Project Management
Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
Financial Policies, Guidelines, Protocols
Contribute to the development delivery of financial policies, guidelines, protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations good financial practice.
Operational Compliance
Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with theganizations policies procedures and/relevant regulatory codes codes of conduct, reporting these escalating issues as appropriate.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment development planning activities as well as formal informal training coaching; gain maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance fulfill personal potential. 主要职责：
1，财务报告与分析：
负责月度/季度财务报表与管理报表的编制与复核，确保准确与按期提交；
输出管理层财务绩效包，解读关键指标（收入、毛利、费用、成本等）。
2，预算与预测管理：
监控年度预算执行及滚动预测，分析偏差并提出纠偏方案；
主导预算/预测流程，协调跨部门数据与假设口径统一。
3，财务战略支持：
参与长期财务规划与成本优化，建立商业案例评估项目ROI与可行性；
为定价、产能、投资决策提供情景分析与敏感性分析。
4，业务绩效优化：
构建并维护财务模型与可视化仪表盘，追踪BU/产品/工厂绩效；
识别效率提升与成本节约机会，推动改进措施落地并复盘。
5，跨部门协作与合规：
与销售、运营、采购、供应链等协作，确保财务政策与内控（费用、合同、存货、固定资产）合规执行；
向业务团队提供财务培训与数据支持，提升财务意识。
任职要求：
1，学历背景：本科及以上，财务、会计、经济学或相关专业；
2，经验要求：5年以上商业控制（BC）经验，必须具备制造业外企背景；
3，专业能力：善于从数据中提炼洞察，具备财务建模、情景/敏感性分析经验；
4，资格证书：CPA、CMA或同等专业资格优先；
5，软技能：沟通与影响力强，能清晰向非财务同事传达财务逻辑，具备跨团队协作能力；
6，语言能力：英语可作为工作语言。
