cad engineer岗位职责

职责描述:
负责Sika Baffle和Sika Reinforcer注塑产品3d/2d设计：
-收集客户要求，根据客户要求及内部设计、工艺规范提供设计方案，并整理BOM；
-按要求完成并维护设计3d、2d数据及设计变更数据；
-为整个项目提供技术支持，使项目按时、按质、高效运行。
负责配合完成Sika Baffle和Sika Reinforcer产品试制验证：
-设计试制件及试制用模型，配合完成模拟测试；
-配合完成样件现场实车安装，并收集反馈数据，优化设计；
-配合实车零件的功能检查，并收集反馈数据，优化设计。
其他相关工作：
-配合完成DFMEA，APQP等文件；
-开发、试制新机构，优化产品质量、降低成本；
-主管及项目经理安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
-2年以上Catia设计使用经验；
-车辆工程、机械工程（或其他相关专业）本科或以上学历；
-熟悉、了解注塑、铸造或冲压件制造工艺要求，熟悉GD&T要求；
-了解汽车行业IATF、FEMA、APQP要求；
-较强的团队沟通技巧和能力，熟练的英语读写能力。

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责:
1. maintain CAD data in 3D 2D according to CAD Methodology & Customer Specification.
按照CAD设计规范和客户标准，建立和维护3D和2D数据;
2. Perform Design activities per various type of Design Work Request (internal/external);
按照各种类型的设计需求进行设计工作;
3. corresponding CAD Analysis data (such as conflict/clearance check, Space Analysis, Kinematics DMU etc.) related evaluation/design report;
建立一致的CAD分析数据（如干涉/间隙检查，空间关键分析，运动模拟分析等）和相关的评估及设计报告;
4. Act as project CAD Designer to ensure responsible projects design smooth safe launch
(Project CAD Planning & Quotation, CAD Resource Coordination, package documentation, CAD Quality Report, Global Review Follow-up etc.)
作为项目组设计师，确保所负责项目的设计工作顺利进行直至安全量产;（支持CAD计划和报价，资源协调，布置文件，CAD质量报告，国际团队review 跟进等）
5. Undertake other tasks required from management.
承担其它管理者布置的任务。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求:
1、Education background working experience:
教育背景与工作经历：
- Bachelors degree above, Majin mechanical plastic injection.
本科或以上 ，机械或塑料模具专业
2、Skill: 技能：
- At least 3 years CAD experience with UG CATIA several modual;
至少3年CAD设计经验，精于UG或者CATIA 各种模块；
- Development Experience of function moving parts (DMU Kinematics simulator) is preferred，experienced on airvent etc。
具备功能运动部件的开发经验（DMU运动模拟），具备出风口等设计经验；
- Sense of Parametric Design to smart 3D model is preferred(Modeling via Parameter, Relation etc.);
参数化设计能力和具备巧妙3D建模的能力；
- Good skill fEnglish; Strong analytical problem solving skills on UG & Design; Familiar with MS Office software;
良好的英文沟通；良好的运用设计软件分析和解决问题的能力；
- Good communication skills & has a strong team spirit.
熟悉office办公软件；良好的沟通和团队合作精神。
3. Mastery knowledge:QS aim& policy; company aim & philosophy; MPS process, administration working procedure.Basic knowledge of finance business administration if necessary.
掌握知识：质量方针目标；公司目标和纲领;公司工作流程；财务和行政管理基础知识。

• Work with product engineer, implementing new product, 3D models, drawings tolerances stake up in accordance with Inteva rules procedures customer rules
• It may be necessary to carry out the mission in customer plant within project team
• Represents Inteva professionally with customer externalganizations.
• Develop implement Inteva products in the client environment under the product developer’s control
• Responsible fachieving the window’s kinematic their storage under PDM
• Responsible fthe creation, control quality 3D models, plans, records, schedules, stake up made its available fother services in compliance with the rules procedures Inteva in commitments of timing engagement
• Responsible fthe management maintenance of BOM in PLM at all stages of product life.
• Validate register plans from suppliers customers in PLM
• Prepare product’s technical documentation
• Participate propose new concepts technical evolutions, contribute to continuous improvement
• Responsible fthe successful completion of specific projects requested by management
• Ensures complete their assignments in regards TS16949 procedures
