采购订单专员岗位职责

1、负责电商平台相关店铺的订单管理工作。
2、能够独立且准确完成所有渠道的订单工作。
3、及时采购订单，做好入库账目，发现问题及时沟通解决。
4、定期做好订单归档工作，根据渠道、商品做好订单归类。
5、及时完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，精通office各类软件。
2、有系统ERP操作经验。
3、有订单处理相关工作经验。
4、有较强沟通能力和判断能力，执行力强。
5、较强的沟通能力及团队协作能力。

Your Role Responsibilities
● Being responsible fPO management, release the PO on time to
suppliers, manage supplier Ensure PO delivery on time from suppliers,
including invoice payment management
● Maintaining system information including AB, LA, etc to ensure MRP
/MES/Ariba is running correctly, information is communicated effectively
through system
● Coordinating with forwarder logistics team to ensure material
arrive on time
● Being responsible collaborating with cross function team and
suppliers fproblem shooting to ensure material delivery in time fplanned
production schedule.
● Being responsible fdata analysis supplier performance
management, drive continuous improvement fROTD COTD
● Promoting the optimization of material purchasing mode and
purchasing material management, contribute fbetter team KPI
● Being responsible fad hoc Reporting Tools development any
applicable management reports required
● Other supplier chain related tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications fthe Role
● More than 3 years of buyer experience
● Knowledge in office SAP skill, good data analysis, AI/Digital
ability as plus
● Familiar with purchasing process , knowing mechanical electronic
fabrication process.
● A Bachelor’s degree
● Fluency in English
● Must have strong ownership ,be pro-active have good communication
, teamwork spirit
● Must have integrity, open mind, good logical thinking

岗位职责
1、负责公司生产性零部件采购工作，对接内部需求部门，依托U8 ERP系统跟进日常请购需求，核对需求明细、规格参数、数量及交期，确保需求准确无误。
2、根据ERP请购单据及采购洽谈结果，规范制作采购合同，确保合同条款清晰、信息准确，规避基础合规风险。
3、与内部采购人员对接，完成采购合同、采购订单的外发对接，及时同步供应商，确认接单、交期及供货细节，做好对接记录。
4、负责采购相关数据统计、单据整理、台账更新，运用Excel完成日常数据汇总、核对、归档工作，保障采购资料完整可查。
5、对接供应商完成日常沟通协作，跟进物料供货进度、到货情况，及时同步内部部门及采购计划，协调解决采购对接中的基础问题，保障生产物料稳定供应。
6、配合部门完成采购流程落地、资料归档、对账辅助等日常采购辅助工作。
任职要求
1、学历：大专及以上学历，专业不限，供应链、物流、采购相关专业优先。
2、经验：1-3年及以上生产型企业采购相关工作经验，熟悉生产性零部件采购流程，有U8 ERP系统操作经验者优先。
3、技能：熟练使用Office办公软件，具备扎实的Excel数据处理能力，可独立完成台账制作、数据统计核对工作。
4、素质：工作细致严谨、责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达、内外协作及问题处理能力，执行力高，服从团队工作安排。
5、工作态度踏实稳定，有良好的职业素养，能适配生产企业日常采购工作节奏。
