采购助理实习生岗位职责

岗位职责：（提供转正机会）
1、负责采购流程、网购物料及报销凭证整理等（有同事带教）；
2、负责公司采购相关工作及收货管理业务（有同事带教）；
3、领导临时安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、在校应届毕业生的*后一学年的在校学生的毕业实习生，专业不限；
2、要求做事干脆、醒目，办事效率高，能主动积极完成本职工作，不计较
3、会计、电子商务或工商管理专业优先。

Your challenge
Assist in procurement-related work to ensure that the procurement process complies with relevant corporate external laws regulations

Duties responsibilities include:
Assist in the signing of procurement contracts in Japan follow up the progress of contracts until the end of contract delivery.
According to the payment method agreed in the contract, connect with the finance, complete the system review operation.
Real-time accurate recording of relevant data collation archiving of relevant contracts, cooperation with relevant work related to the procurement process.


Requirements:
Bachelors degree above
Candidates must possess a Level 1 Certificate in Japanese basic business Japanese communication skills
Candidates have basic written reading writing skills in English, CET-4/6 certificate is a plus
Familiar with Office software（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.）
Basic knowledge of relevant laws regulations in Japan (tax law, etc.)
Bonus points fthose who have experience studying in Japan
Good cross-departmental communication skills
Steady personality, pragmatic down-to-earth
It is best to have a one-year internship with at least three days a week

1、负责供应商应付账款对账，发票催收，并在规定时间内将发票录入K3系统，制作应付款月报。
2、非生产性物资采购；
3、部门文件整理、复核、递签，以及分发、归档；
4、上级领导临时交办的其他事项
任职要求：
1、有一定NPP采购工作经验
2、熟练使用各种办公软件，如Excel，Word，金蝶K3/SAP等
3、性格开朗，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
4、具有采购文员/助理工作经验者优先考虑
