岗位职责
1、独立完成药物化学、有机合成相关文献与专利检索，依据靶点与项目需求，设计小分子化合物、药物中间体、原料药的多步合成路线。
2、独立开展有机合成实验，包括反应条件筛选、优化、底物拓展，完成毫克至克级化合物制备、分离纯化（柱层析、重结晶、HPLC 等）。
3、运用NMR、LC-MS、HPLC、IR、UV等技术完成化合物结构鉴定与纯度分析，解析图谱、确认产物结构。
4、参与新药研发（小分子、ADC、PROTAC、多肽、核酸药物等），支持苗头化合物、先导化合物的发现、优化与构效关系（SAR）研究。
5、严格按照GLP/GMP、SOP规范记录原始数据、实验日志，确保数据真实、完整、可追溯。
6、撰写实验报告、研发总结、工艺开发报告，支持药品注册申报、IND/NDA资料准备。
7、解决合成实验中的技术问题、杂质控制、路线优化，提升反应收率、选择性与可放大性。
8、与药理、药代、制剂、分析、生测等跨部门团队协作，推进候选化合物筛选、评价与项目进度。
9、维护实验室仪器、试剂、物料，遵守EHS、安全操作、危化品管理规范。
10、跟踪有机合成、药物化学领域前沿技术，参与学术交流与技术创新。
任职要求
1、硕士 / 博士学历，有机化学、药物化学、应用化学、制药工程等相关专业；
2、熟悉新药研发流程、药物化学原理、有机反应机理、现代合成技术。
3、熟练掌握多步有机合成、路线设计、分离纯化、结构表征核心技能。
4、精通实验室常规合成操作：回流、蒸馏、无水无氧、催化加氢、低温反应、偶联反应（Suzuki、Buchwald 等）。
5、熟练使用NMR、LC-MS、HPLC、GC等分析仪器，具备图谱解析能力。
6、熟练使用SciFinder、Reaxys、PubMed等文献专利检索工具。
有小分子药物、ADC、PROTAC、激酶抑制剂、GPCR 配体、抗肿瘤 / 免疫药物研发经验者优先。

工作职责 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES：：
1. 领导 Hit-to-PCC 阶段的药物化学团队，负责小分子药物发现项目的设计与执行，包括苗头化合物验证、先导化合物优化及 PCC 交付。
Lead medicinal chemistry teams through Hit-to-PCC campaigns, including hit validation, lead optimization, PCC delivery fsmall molecule drug discovery.
2. 能够高效并合理调配资源，为团队提供强有力的专业技术指导，帮助团队解决挑战性的化学问题。
Provide strong scientific leadership to the team in problem-solving fchallenging synthetic chemistry issues, combined with effective resource allocation to achieve project goals in a timely fashion.
3. 与客户保持良好的工作关系，并通过电话、电子邮件、电话会议/视频会议、报告和季度总结等方式与客户主动沟通。
Maintain excellent working relationships with clients proactively communicate with clients via phone, email, conference calls/video conferences, reports, quarterly review meetings.
4. 建立并管理一个高效团队，包括对团队成员进行技术培训、设定目标、并优化团队绩效以满足客户的期望。
Build manage a high-performing team, including providing technical training fteam members, setting goals, optimizing team performance to meet clients expectations.
5. 适时接待客户访问，以建立关系并寻求合作机会。
Host client visits as needed to build relationships explore collaboration opportunities.
任职资格 REQUIREMENTS:
1. 博士学历，有机化学或药物化学相关专业。
PhD degree inganic chemistry medicinal chemistry.
2. 10 年以上药物发现经验，精通各类有机合成反应，具备全合成经验者优先。
large domestic pharmaceutical R&D industry experience is a plus. Proficient in variousganic synthesis reactions; total synthesis experience preferred.
3. 5 年以上团队管理经验，具备多站点项目管理能力，具有良好的责任心、团队精神及协作能力。
5+ years of team management experience with demonstrated ability in multi-site project management. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, collaborative skills.
4. 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
Excellental written communication skills in both English Chinese.
