cloud architect岗位职责

核心职责
1. 云战略与架构设计
制定企业级云战略（公有云/混合云），主导技术选型与架构设计，确保高可用（99.95%+ SLA）、容灾（RTO/RPO）、安全、成本优化。
设计符合金融业务需求的云原生架构（微服务、容器化、Serverless），推动基础设施即代码（IaC）实践。
2. 合规与安全架构
确保架构满足金融行业监管要求：等保2.0三级/四级、数据本地化存储、金融级审计日志、敏感数据加密、跨区域容灾。
主导安全防护体系设计（网络隔离、WAF、零信任、密钥管理），定期执行风险评估与渗透测试。
3. 标准制定与技术治理
建立云资源管理、运维监控、CI/CD、成本治理等标准及*佳实践。
评审重大项目架构，确保符合技术规范与合规红线。
4. 业务赋能与决策
深入理解金融业务场景（支付、风控、交易等），将需求转化为可落地的技术方案。
主导重大技术选型（如云服务商、数据库、中间件），平衡技术创新与风险控制。
5. 前沿技术探索
（加分项）了解WEB3技术在金融基础设施的应用场景（如分布式身份、隐私计算、链上合规）。

任职要求
硬性条件：
5年以上云计算架构设计经验，3年以上金融/保险/证券行业背景。
精通至少一家公有云（AWS/Azure/阿里云/华为云）核心服务，持有专业级架构师认证（如AWS SA Pro, Azure Solutions Architect）。
精通高可用架构设计（多活/异地容灾）、微服务治理、Kubernetes、Service Mesh。
熟练使用Terraform/Ansible等IaC工具，具备FinOps成本优化实战经验。

软性能力：
极强的技术判断力与决策力，能平衡业务需求、技术债务与合规风险。
优秀的文档能力（架构图、技术规范、合规报告）及跨团队协作能力。
对金融业务逻辑敏感，能用技术驱动业务创新。

优先考虑：
有WEB3项目经验（区块链节点部署、零知识证明、智能合约安全审计）。
具备大型金融机构云建设经验。

Responsibilities:
• Cloud Architecture:
o Develop execute a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with business goals.
o Design, deploy, manage scalable cloud solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
o Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud environments, ensuring minimal downtime data integrity.
o Implement cloud governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards best practices.
o Optimize cloud infrastructure fcost efficiency performance.
• Technology Leadership:
o Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
o Provide strategic direction technical leadership to the IT team.
o Stay abreast of emerging technologies industry trends to drive innovation, including blockchain, edge computing, serverless computing, AI-driven cloud services advanced AI/ML techniques.
o Manage relationships with cloud service providers negotiate contracts SLAs.
o Ensure robust security measures disaster recovery plans are in place.
• AI Integration:
o Drive the development implementation of AI machine learning solutions.
o Work closely with data scientists engineers to integrate AI products services.
o Develop AI strategies to enhance operational efficiency customer experience.
o Ensure AI initiatives are scalable, secure, compliant with regulations (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)

Job Requirement:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud architecture similar roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, and/CISSP.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data analytics, networking, security.
• Proficiency in cloud-native application architecture containerchestration systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in modern software development techniques such as DevOps CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, storage solutions (NAS, SAN), relational databases, web services (Apache, Tomcat, IIS).
• Familiarity with scripting programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PowerShell).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI machine learning frameworks tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Java, Node.js, Python).

Job Description:
· Be responsible farchitect board meeting.
· Be responsible fsystem architect with Cloud based services.
· Design setup the project environments.
· Define continuous improvement plan.
· Disaster recovery set up finfrastructure application level.
Qualification:
· At least 10 years’ experience in IT related cloud based topics.
· Below requirements related to the 3 public clouds, is based on the group of architects level.
· Experience in implementing deploying AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud-based solutions .
· Know-how in AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Openstack principle, networking design, storage/computing resource flavselection ).
· Know-how in AWS, Huawei & MS Azure Cloud PaaS services（e.g. K8S principle, Docker principle, application management service）.
· Know-how in interface technologies (e.g. Web services (SOAP, RESTful, XML, XSDs, (X)HTML / DHTML).
· Know-how Database Knowledge, MySQL, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL,acle, NoSQL so on.
· Know-how in web servers application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere.
· Familiar with DevOps, CI-CD pipelines, application pipelines process tool sets, especially concourse.
· Familiar with Migration process tool sets, especially lift shift from on premise to public cloud (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud).
· Familiar with IT testing procedures, software versioning, deployment processes related to online projects.
· Familiar with ITSM process Tool sets.
· Familiar with Bug-Tracking tool (internally externally) specific fonline projects like JIRA BONFIRE.
· Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients third-parties.
· Excellent written verbal communication skills in English Chinese, written & spoken.
