1. Full-Spectrum Plant Financial Management
工厂财务全盘管理
Responsible fthe preparation, review, analysis of full-set plant financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring accuracy compliance with group policies local accounting standards.
负责工厂全套财务报表的编制、审核与分析，包括月度、季度及年度财务报告，确保数据准确、符合集团及当地会计准则要求。
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, performance analysis; monitkey financial KPIs provide early warnings on operational risks.
主导工厂年度预算编制、滚动预测及实际执行分析，监控关键财务指标（KPI），及时预警经营风险。
Manage plant cost accounting analysis, tracking variances in materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, driving cost optimization efficiency improvements.
负责工厂成本核算与分析，深入生产环节，追踪材料、人工、制造费用差异，推动成本优化与降本增效。
2. Mexico Local Finance Team Coordination & Management
墨西哥本地团队协调与管理
Travel to Mexico fat least one month each quarter to coordinate, guide, supervise the local finance team, ensuring alignment of financial reporting processes with China headquarters group standards.
每季度至少赴墨西哥出差1个月，现场协调、指导并监督墨西哥本地财务团队的日常工作，确保财务核算与报告流程与中国总部及集团标准保持一致。
Manage personnel, performance evaluations, team development fthe Mexico finance team, building an efficient cross-cultural cross-time-zone collaboration framework.
负责墨西哥团队的人员管理、绩效评估与能力培养，搭建高效的跨文化、跨时区协作机制。
Ensure Mexico plant financial operations comply with local tax laws, accounting standards, regulatory requirements; coordinate with local audit tax authorities.
确保墨西哥工厂财务运营符合当地税法、会计准则及合规要求，处理与当地审计、税务机构的对接事宜。
3. Business Support & Operational Analysis
业务支持与经营分析
Actively participate in plant operations meetings, providing financial insights decision support fproduction, supply chain, engineering, other functions.
深度参与工厂运营会议，为生产、供应链、工程等部门提供财务视角的经营分析及决策支持。
Lead ROI analysis, CAPEX review, financial evaluations fplant-level projects investments.
主导工厂层面的投资回报分析、资本支出（CAPEX）审核及项目财务评估。
Drive financial digitalization process improvements to enhance efficiency data quality.
推动财务数字化与流程优化，提升财务核算效率与数据质量。
4. Internal Control & Risk Management
内部控制与风险管理
Establish maintain a robust internal control system fthe plant, ensuring asset security, inventory accuracy, process compliance, while mitigating operational financial risks.
建立健全工厂内部控制体系，确保资产安全、库存准确、流程合规，降低运营与财务风险。
Support internal external audits, ensuring financial data integrity, completeness, traceability.
配合内外部审计工作，确保财务数据真实、完整、可追溯。
II. Qualifications 任职要求
1. Education & Experience 教育背景与经验
Bachelor’s degree above in Finance, Accounting, related field. CPA, ACCA, CMA certification is a plus.
本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，持有CPA、ACCA、CMA等专业资格证书者优先。
8+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a Plant Controller equivalent role.
8年以上制造型企业财务管理工作经验，其中至少3年以上工厂财务负责人（Plant Controller）或同等岗位经验。
Solid experience in cost accounting, budgeting, full-set financial management in a manufacturing environment; experience in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
熟悉制造企业成本核算、预算管理及全盘账务处理，有跨国制造企业工作经验者优先。
2. Language & Cross-Cultural Skills 语言与跨文化能力
Fluent in English (both written spoken) as a working language, capable of communicating effectively with the Mexico team handling English reports contracts independently. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言（能与墨西哥团队无障碍沟通，并独立处理英文报表及合同）。
Strong cross-cultural communication collaboration skills, with the ability to manage remote teams navigate complex communication scenarios.具备良好的跨文化沟通与协作能力，能够有效管理远程团队及处理复杂沟通场景。
3. Travel & Resilience 出差与抗压能力
Willingness to travel to Mexico fat least one month per quarter, adapting to cross-time-zone work schedules.能够接受每季度至少出差墨西哥1个月，适应跨时区工作节奏。

4. Technical Competencies 专业能力
Proficient in PRC GAAP IFRS; knowledge of Mexico local tax accounting regulations is a plus. 精通中国会计准则及国际财务报告准则（IFRS），熟悉墨西哥当地财税法规者优先。
Skilled in ERP systems such as SAPacle, advanced Excel analytical capabilities. 熟练使用SAP、Oracle等ERP系统及高级Excel分析工具。

任职要求：
1. You hold a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
3. Proficiency in financial software ERP systems (SAP) as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel ffinancial analysis.
4. Experience in identifying, assessing, mitigating commercial financial risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies regulatory requirements.
5. Strong ability to prepare detailed financial statements reports, ensuring accuracy compliance with standards, including IFRS.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with various departments, driving implementation of strategies performance improvements.

【核心职责】
1. 集团合并报表与会计政策 (Financial Reporting & Policy)
全域合并：负责集团国内外多法人主体的合并报表编制，确保符合PRC/IFRS准则，并向董事会及外部机构提供精准的财务报告。
政策制定：作为会计准则的专家，主导集团统一会计政策的制定、更新与宣贯。针对复杂的半导体行业交易（如IP授权、MPW流片费用分摊、产能保证金等）明确核算规则。
合规审计：统筹集团年度审计及SOX合规审计，确保内控体系无重大缺陷。
2. 全面预算管理与经营分析 (FP&A & Performance Management)
战略对齐：主导集团年度预算及滚动预测编制，结合半导体行业周期性，建立弹性预算模型，将战略目标拆解为各工厂（Site）及各事业部（BU）的KPI。
业财融合：深入业务前端，建立以项目/产品线为维度的损益分析模型。监控晶圆成本、封测良率、产能利用率对毛利的影响，为管理层提供“量价本利”多维度的经营分析报告。
降本增效：对标行业标杆，主导全价值链的成本优化工作，建立标准成本体系，推动采购降本、制程提效及BOM优化。
3. 内控体系建设与风险管理 (Internal Control & Risk Management)
体系搭建：结合你司组织图中的“建立SOX内控体系”职能，负责搭建符合上市公司标准的全流程内控矩阵。
风险雷达：建立集团财务风险预警机制，重点监控外汇风险（远期外汇交易敞口）、税务风险及流动性风险。
流程优化：推动财务共享中心(SSC)与业务系统（ERP）的互联互通，通过标准化、自动化提升财务运营效率。
4. 税务筹划与资金协同 (Tax & Treasury Support)
税务赋能：协同税收筹划部，主导重大投资并购项目的税务架构设计，利用各地税收优惠政策（如研发加计扣除、高新技术企业）进行合法节税。
资金效率：统筹集团资金池管理，优化全球现金配置，监控并购贷指标及项目融资进度，降低资金使用成本。
5. 团队管理与数字化变革 (Team & Digital Transformation)
矩阵管理：虚线或实线管理各site（SZ/KS/SH/WH等）的财务团队，建立标准化的SOP，提升全集团财务人员的专业胜任能力。
数智化驱动：主导财务数字化转型项目（如BI系统上线、RPA机器人应用），构建集团级的数据中台，实现从“事后记账”向“事前预测”的跨越。
【任职资格】
1. 经验要求
学历：财务、金融、经济等相关专业统招本科及以上学历；持有CPA、ACCA或CMA证书者优先。
背景：20年以上财务管理经验，其中至少10年以上半导体封测(OSAT)或IDM企业集团管控经验，并需要有至少5年以上四大事务所工作背景。
行业认知：深刻理解半导体行业特性，熟悉成本结构及业务模式，擅长成本管理。
2. 专业技能
准则精通：熟练掌握PRC会计准则，有跨境合并报表经验，了解IFRS/US GAAP者优先。
系统工具：熟练使用SAP/Oracle等大型ERP系统，精通Hyperion或BPC等合并及预算系统。
分析能力：极强的数据敏感度，能够通过Power BI/Tableau等工具搭建可视化经营分析看板。
英语能力：CET6级以上，听说流利，精通读写。
3. 核心软实力
商业敏锐度：具备业务思维，能流利地与运营、销售负责人沟通，通过财务数据挖掘业务问题。
