controller岗位职责

岗位职责：
1. 负责根据 MC IP 的规格制定详细的验证计划和验证策略，明确验证范围、重点和验收标准。
2. 负责搭建 MC IP 层级的验证环境（包含 Controller, PHY 和 DRAM 颗粒），开发验证组件，确保验证环境的稳定性和高效性。
3. 制定验证阶段的里程碑计划，识别潜在风险并制定应对策略，确保验证工作按时高质量完成。
4. 输出清晰的验证报告，包括覆盖率分析、缺陷统计、风险评估等，为MC IP 交付质量提供关键依据。
5. 能够指导团队成员进行验证用例的设计与开发，确保用例覆盖全面，保证芯片验证质量与进度。
6. 能够支持硅后的验证工作，保障硅后工作顺利进行。
7. 完善团队的技术管理流程与规范，包括验证文档管理、代码评审机制等，提高团队工作的规范性和效率。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，电子、微电子、集成电路等相关专业。
2. 具有6年及以上高速接口芯片验证工作经验，有 DRAM Controller， PHY 和 DRAM 颗粒验证经验者优先，有硅后验证经验者优先。
3. 精通 Verilog、SystemVerilog 等硬件描述语言和验证语言，熟悉 UVM验证方法学，具备验证平台搭建与优化经验。
4. 熟练使用主流的 EDA 工具，如 Synopsys、Cadence 等公司的仿真、调试工具。
5. 具有良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够快速定位和解决验证过程中出现的复杂技术问题
6. 具备优秀的沟通与协调能力，能够与不同部门人员进行有效沟通与协作
7. 具有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，有清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力，善于总结和汇报工

Responsibilities 工作职责
1. To account, record, control, evaluate, report the food & beverage flow in the operation.
为餐饮运营流动记账，并记录、管理、评估和汇报餐饮运营流动。
2.To provide Financial Controller, F&B Manager, Executive Chef the accurate timely information fcost controlling, menu pricing, sales strategy purpose.
为财务总监、餐饮部经理和行政总厨提供准确、及时的信息，以便控制成本。
3.To prepare the monthly reports including the food cost report, beverage cost report, slow moving items, resume of sold items in the various restaurants, comparative per unit purchasing price of food beverage items, monthly store room condition, monthly food beverage re-conciliation.
编制每月食物成本报告，酒水成本报告，滞积物品报告，各餐厅已售物品摘要，食物和酒水采购单价对比，每月仓库情况，每月酒水调整。
4.To spot check the receiving practices ensure that receiving meets specifications by physically checking daily food, beverage supplies.
现场检查收货工作，亲自检查每日食物、酒水和供应，确保所收物品符合要求。
Job Specs 职位要求
1.University Preferred Commerce Degree in Accounting Management.
大学会计和财务管理方面的学位。
2.At least 3 years of working experience as Cost Controller higher in the hospitality industry.
成本经理有足够的教育背景,作为成本主管或服务行业更高职位至少三年的工作经验。
3.Knowledge of Cost Control.
具备成本控制知识。

Lift Factory controlling in own scope to a higher level. 
About the job：
Be responsible for:
•       Relevant product group scope controlling activities, from top to down
•       Daily/monthly Costing responsibility, reporting/analysis/presentation
•       Quarterly forecast yearly budget
•       Controlling, including daily project implementation in the factory
•       Keep close communication with Factory team, supporting function teams central controller team,
•       Daily business support to Factory manager

What you know：
Competencies / Profile:
•       University degree above with majin finance related.
•       3+ years work experience in FIE with factory controlling, cost analysis experience, fair knowledge of general accounting/tax process
•       Certified accountant, CPA will be a plus
•       Good communication skill
•       Good in MS office software
•       Good in English bothal writing.
•       Microsoft D365 experience will be a plus.
•       Mindset of team work leading
