大堂吧调酒师岗位职责

与餐饮部团队一起确保实现部门目标，特别是为酒吧客人提供满意的服务。具有工作中所需的各种知识和技能并能够适应不同的班次安排。以专业的态度制作饮品以保证服务员服务客人的速度和效率。

·       Assists the Manager in everyaspect of manningganization of the entire bar operations to the standardsestablished by the Hotel.
协助经理做好整个吧台运营操作的人员配备，组织的方方面面，达到酒店制定的标准。
·       Responsible fsupervisingall activities of personnel engaged in preparing serving of beverages inall beverage outlets.
负责监督所有酒水部门参与准备人员的活动和服务人员的活动。
·       Enforces safety regulationssanitation standards secures all storage areas fbeverages.
为保证酒水储存区的安全，需严格执行安全法规和卫生标准。
·       Controls the requisition ofbeverages all supplies to maintain par stock fsmooth operation.
为确保正常运作，控制好酒水的申请和领用，同时确保正常的库存。
·       Briefs personnel onpreparations, service content of drink list.
向人才简要减少酒水清单的准备、服务和内容。
·       Possesses working knowledge ofbeverages cocktails.
掌握酒水知识。
·       Executes the generalresponsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant andachieving sales goals.
·       执行必须要的职责，控制餐厅运营操作成本，实现销售目标。
·      Takesders, promotesoutlet’s specials serves in accordance to the established standard.
负责下订单，推销部门特色菜，按照既定的标准服务客人。
·      Carry out pre-service dutiesmis-en-place.
做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
·      Ensure adequate supplies ofmaterials, requisition fgeneral supplies.
确保材料供应充足，并申请采购所需的物品。
·      Ensure all fixtures andoperating equipment is in good working condition.
确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
·      Ensure good general appearancemaintenance of restaurant working areas.
确保餐厅的美观和维护工作。

【岗位职责】1.负责在大堂吧中，根据客人的口味和请求，调制各种酒水饮品。2.负责掌握和了解各种酒类的特性、口感和适合搭配的食物，以便推荐给顾客。3.根据店内特色和主题，设计并开发新的鸡尾酒和饮品，以吸引更多的顾客。4.协助管理层对店内酒水的采购和库存进行管理和控制。5.对店内的酒品、制作工具和设备进行维护和保养，确保杯具和设备的清洁和卫生。6.做好吧台设备、用品的保养使其正常运转。【岗位要求】1.有从事酒店调酒工作经历优先考虑。2.热爱本职工作，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳。3.身体健康，仪表端庄。
