电商运营项目经理岗位职责

职位概述：
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的电商项目经理,负责管理公司在亚马逊平台的产品开发项目工作,包括选品分析、项目管理、流程优化等。该职位需要对硬件产品开发流程有深入的了解,熟悉各类数据分析和项目管理方法,能够与跨职能团队高效协作,达成项目目标。
主要职责：
选品分析：
o与产品经理深入合作，根据产品开发计划和项目具体要求，批量筛选合适的产品进入开发阶段，并制定具体时间表。
o与执行团队密切配合，根据SOP收集各职能部门对于产品开发计划的意见，并标准化反馈内容。
o汇总各方意见，在规定时间内完成收集整理并反馈给产品经理。
项目管理：
o协调跨部门资源,确保项目按计划顺利推进
o实时监控项目进度,及时发现并解决问题
o协调项目团队内部以及外部合作方的关系
o组织项目会议,确保信息传达及时准确
数据分析与报告：
o将项目数据以图表、仪表盘等形式进行可视化展示
o利用数据分析工具对项目数据进行深入分析识别项目中的问题点和改进机会。
o为管理层提供基于数据的决策支持。
任职要求：
教育背景：
o本科及以上学历，产品开发、项目管理等相关专业优先
工作经验：
o3 年以上产品开发或项目管理经验,有亚马逊产品开发经验者优先
o熟悉项目管理和产品测试认证等流程要求
技能要求：
o数据分析能力： 能够分析整理产品信息、物流数据、项目进度等关键指标，并根据定期输出报表。
o项目管理能力： 能够制定详细的项目计划和进度管理，具备有效的项目沟通、协调和任务分派能力，能够识别风险并采取有效的应对措施，熟练使用项目管理软件和工具
o良好的英语读写能力： 能够阅读和理解英文信息，能和欧美团队书面和口头沟通。
优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Amazons Cross Border business provides customers access to Amazon’s worldwide selection with a localized search browse experience, convenient local payment options, end-to-end delivery solutions access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. Cross Border business simplifies the cross border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer’s behalf by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS Cross Border team’s vision is to empower customers to “Stay Local, Shop Global” with an objective to improve cross border customer experience maximize the revenue potential of cross border ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability detail page conversion defects at scale. In 2025, RBS Cross Border team is establishing a new charter fcross border expansion in non-footprint countries (where Amazon has no direct retail presence), to enable customers to access our unique selections through their preferred shopping experiences.

RBS Cross Border team is looking fa Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Selections Health, establish new tasks to improve selection health drive selection conversion on external store.

Basic qualifications
3+ years of program project management experience
Experience defining program requirements using data metrics to determine improvements
Experience in complex problem solving, working in a tight schedule environment
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of theganization
Excellent English Mandarin Chinese written verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, communicating results to senileadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience working cross functionally with tech non-tech teams
knowledge about search engine experience in product search optimization

1、品牌沟通：负责与品牌的主要运营沟通，提升品牌客户服务质量与体感，梳理输出业务复盘、建议、行业动态等信息促进品牌业务发展；
2、外部沟通：与品牌与平台就沟通销售策略/计划/复盘与日常重点问题进行沟通，推动品牌与平台的支持与资源投入；
3、直播团队管理：管理项目团队，人员选用预留，流程持续优化，提升团队执行力、士气、业务水平；
4、直播运营策略：深入理解品牌与行业，制定天猫直播经营定位、全年销售目标与节奏、营销活动节点，并拆解到人群/货品/场景/营销的核心策略与落地打法；
5、营销策略：根据品牌全年规划/货品上新节奏/账号经营需求，制定营销策略、创新营销玩法并持续迭代。

任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，3年以上直播项目管理经验；
2、有很强的品牌服务意识，业务规划能力，成熟的方法体系，擅长项目管理和数据分析；
3、思维清晰，逻辑性强，思路开放，抗压力强，愿意接受挑战，结果导向；
4、此项目为高速增长类国际品牌，此岗位重沟通，重管理；
5、TP公司年销过亿品牌操盘手或平台小二优先。
