digital project manager岗位职责

1. Introduce modernized digital collaboration solutions to enhance relevant digital capabilities productivity to fulfill business needs ensure cost-effective delivery of the solutions services.

2. Support the implementation of the companys digital strategy, especially the development of users digital capabilities, drive the adoption of a wholly digital ways of working inside theganization.

3. Plan, develop operate digital way of working programs to promote digital culture across the company, including digital communities, workshop, digital info sessions, user training, campaigns, video live events etc.

4. Through the effective use of diverse communication channels public social platforms, to realize the growth of employees digital awareness digital skills.

5. Use agile methods to continuously promote the adoption of new technologies products within theganization, so that the enterprise will always stay at the forefront of digital technology.

6. Drive adoption of O365 through enabling of O365 functionality sharing tools which can be leveraged fproductivity gains.

7. Enable the physical work experience (typically in an office) by new digital techs, including smart building technology, digital user interfaces (apps, portals), data collection, predictive technology.

工作职责
1. 进行端到端数字化项目管理，确保项目顺利推进、各阶段按时交付；
2. 完成需求调研、产品设计、变革管理等相关工作，推动数字化产品有效落地并实现既定目标；
3. 支持内容运营相关的数据分析工作，提出基于数据的优化建议，提升数字化内容运成效；
4. 参与管理层汇报材料的策划与制作，系统梳理项目进展及数据表现，支撑管理层决策。
任职资格
【工作经验】
- 拥有5年以上数字化产品开发相关的项目管理及产品落地经验
- 具备管理咨询、数字化咨询背景
- 有医药行业数字化项目、内容建设或运营相关经验者优先
- 熟悉AIGC、DAM、CMS等前沿数字内容管理工具和平台
【能力要求】
- 具备优秀的语言表达及方案呈现能力，能够在复杂场景下理清思路并高效沟通
- PMP, SCRUM, AGILE证书持有者优先
- Top大学学士及以上学历，具备良好的专业素养和学习能力
- 可胜任全英文工作环境，具备流利的英语口语与书面表达能力

工作职责:
Mission:
The Digital Project Manager pilots one several digital projects from low to moderate complexity to insure the delivery of a digital solution. This solution answers the customer’s needs by considering his requirements in terms of cost timing by applying project management tools methods.
He/she coordinates coaches the members of the project team optimizes the internal external human, financial and/technical resources necessary fthe project. He/she insures the delivery of the project according to the specifications in terms of cost, quality, lead time manages the communication towards the stakeholders.

Job Description
- Understanding of the customer’s need specifications.
- Helping the sponschoose the best solution (software package, development).
- Defining the Methodology framework of the project.
- Preparing project documents ensuring that the company requirements fhosting, security confidentiality of the data are respected
- Defining supervising the schedule.
- Allocating optimizing the needed human, financial and/technical resources fthe project.
- Communicating validating the key phase of the project with the sponsor.
- Verifying that the solution is consistent with the specifications after implementation.
任职资格:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in IT domain, recent 3+ years is focusing on IT project management.
- Project management certification, such as PMP ACP;
- Agile/Scrum experience is highly preferred;
- Coding development experience is highly preferred;
- Cloud experience e.g. Azure, AWS is preferred;
- Experience in digital business is preferred;
- Solid communication, presentation training skills;
- Ability to work under pressure in a complex fast changing context
- Good communication skills in both English & Chinese.
