底软开发工程师岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.基于Autosar平台或非Autosar的裸机的基础软件（主要包含诊断、通讯、存储、协议）设计和开发；
2.根据具体客户需求完成相关BSW模块的配置，并输出测试报告;
3.完成功能产品的实车测试，提供现场技术支持；
4.汽车电控系统底层驱动软件及软件架构的设计与开发，实施配置、生成代码、编码，进行调试和问题定位；
5.按项目计划完成BSW开发工作内容，包括底层驱动，通讯，内存管理，诊断，刷写以及复杂驱动。
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电子信息工程师、自动化等相关专业;
2.熟悉C语言及其MISRAC编程规范；
3.熟悉CAN、LIN，SPI、IIC等总线；
4.能够熟练使用Codewarrior、Tasking等编译器；
5.熟练掌握UDS、OBD、NM、Bootloader其中两种以上开发工具；
6.有一定的电力电子基础，熟悉常规电路原理，至少熟悉一款芯片大部分外设控制原理及其开发调试（例如： DIO、ADC、PWM等）；
7.了解功能安全体系;
8.熟悉Aspice软件开发流程。

Responsibility will be:
1.Develop, configure, integrate AUTOSAR-compliant Basic Software modules eg: NVM, NM, LIN, CAN ,SBC drive according to project requirements its timely implementation production.
2.Utilize AUTOSAR configuration tools (e.g., VectDaVinci, EB Tresos) fBSW module configurations.
3.Document maintain the technical documentations to keep SW development in proper process tracking.
4.Develop software module fautomotive embedded products (design + coding + unit testing + static analysis) following the process required.
5.Participate in code reviews adhere to automotive software development best practices.
6.Supports the SW project leader in daily feature evolution technical issues fixing.
What you will bring (Mandatory):
1.Deep knowledge on AUTOSAR like NVM, CAN LIN communication, NM,SBC drive.
2.Strong platform migration ability fAUTOAR modules on different MCU.
3.Rich experience on critical software issues like NVM, CAN, loss Watch dog issues.
4.Experience on Low Level SW Design, SW Detail Design based on AUTOSAR BSW with toolchain from Vector/ETAS/EB others.
5.MCU standard driver, complex driver, Bootloader solution implementation.
Other skills that we would welcome (Optional):
1.Development tool chain knowledge (e.g., GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, Artifactory, Doors).
2.V Cycle development process knowledge.
3.AUTOSAR integrated method to simplify the AUTOSAR BSW Integration development.
4.Functional Safety/Cybersecurity standard design rules (e.g., ISO 26262 ISO 21434) knowledge.
5.Basic English (Read, Write).

工作职责：
1、负责 I2C、PORT、DIO、SENT、MSC 等 MCU 外设模块的 SDK，MCAL 开发与维护
2、负责项目中对应模块的需求分析、模块设计、代码实现、白盒测试等开发交付
3、配合项目完成模块交付节奏与质量目标
1、2年及以上 MCU I2C/SENT/GPIO/SPI等相关模块底软开发经验
2、本科及以上学历，985/211 院校毕业；电子 / 通信 / 自动化 / 计算机等相关专业
3、有 AI 辅助开发（通义灵码 / Cursor/Claude Code 等）实践经验
4、熟悉 AUTOSAR MCAL 架构，了解 EB tresos/VectDaVinci/ETAS 等 MCAL 配置工具
5、了解 CMMI/ASPICE 软件开发流程，有ISO 26262 功能安全开发经验更佳
6、熟练使用 KEIL/IAR/GCC 等编译调试工具，熟悉MISRA C 规范，会使用QAC等静态代码扫描工具
7、熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、图莫斯，Total Phase 等测试工具
