对日项目经理岗位职责

岗位职责：
1）独立指定项目计划
2）负责项目开发过程中风险的预防、把控；
3）负责项目日常运营、危机处理；
4）负责项目开发各阶段成果物的品质把控；
5）负责项目开发团队的日常管理，人员培养，人员调配，维持团队稳定。
岗位要求：
1）具备日语1级以上水平，能熟练用日语直接和客户交流；
2）至少具有7年以上对日外包软件开发工作经验，具有项目管理经验者优先；
3）有在日工作经验者优先；
4）具有较强的抗压和自我调节能力。

岗位职责:
1. 负责项目全过程管理，统筹项目进度与质量，确保项目按计划推进；
2. 制定项目计划并监督执行，及时调整资源与策略以应对项目变化；
3. 对接客户需求，组织需求分析与方案设计，确保项目目标清晰明确；
4. 协调内外部资源，推动解决项目执行中的各类问题；
5. 组织项目验收与后续运维支持，保障项目顺利交付。

任职要求：
1.日语口语流利，能够和日本客户交流。 2.. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效对接客户与团队；
3.. 拥有较强的团队协作意识，能有效推动跨部门合作；
4. 具备较强的计划与执行能力，能独立推动项目落地；
5. 熟悉项目管理流程，具备一定的风险预判与应对能力；
6. 有较强的责任心和抗压能力，适应多任务并行的工作节奏。

We are currently looking fdriven Project Manager with solid Insurance industry / pritechnical management background, to join our eBaoTech team be based in Shanghai.

Summary
Communicate with clients to understtheir needs, coordinate with development team to understand, facilitate client’s need fulfillment to respond with the right quality of service; Manage improve customer satisfaction.

Project Management Responsibilities
• To project manage implementation of Cloud based insurance business digital solution (PaaS+ SaaS) Provide Management systems to ensure systems meet business KPIs, SLAs.
• Be the face single point of contact to Japan based client coordinate implementation with offshore delivery teams.
• Ensure project works are completed on time, on budget to specification quality requirements.
• To ensure all audit issues project risks are managed to meet resolution deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience capabilities in managing project stakeholders, subject matter experts, third party vendors, contractors.
• Takes accountability in considering business regulatory compliance risks takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats technologies inder to understthe risk better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks proactively shares best risk management practices.


Our Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology equivalent
• Relevant certification in Project Management, CITPM / PMP preferred.
• Experience with the technology on Cloud, PaaS, SaaS, API related is a plus.
• Strong competency in communication, including spoken, written presentation in Japanese.
• Able to converse in Japanese. English is a big plus.
• Priexperience and/knowledge of Insurance Business Operation knowhow is a preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record in managing a team of offshore developers, vendor, contractors as a leader.
• High level of integrity takes accountability of work good attitude over teamwork.
