POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible fsupporting the Shanghai two sites Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) programs maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines Catalent’ s Global EHS programs, policies procedures.
负责支持上海2家工厂的环境、健康和安全 (EHS) 计划并确保遵守监管指南和 Catalent 的全球 EHS 和计划、政策和程序。
SPECIFIC TAKS, DUTIES RESPONSBILITIES: 具体任务、职责和责任：
61 Support site EHS manager to provide technical review oversight to employees, Safety Committee management group.

61 Anticipate, recognize, evaluate control workplace safety health hazards.
预测、识别、评估和控制工作场所的安全和健康隐患。
61 Collect site safety concern ensure closing on time.

61 Communication with Catalent global EHS government relevant departments, upload the EHS data in timely.

61 Coordinate compliance activities such as emergency action planning fire drills.

61 Provide technical oversight review during incident investigations.

61 Maintenance EHS management system / documents Make recommendations fimprovement actions the EHS management system.

61 Advances the EHS&S objectives achievement of results through the engagement of appropriate stakeholders throughout theganization including the management direction of the site safety committees.

61 Ensure all (EHS) training documentation is maintained it is readily retrievable fclient audits regulatory agency inspections.

61 Ensure hazardous materials response is in place to ensure proper handling of emergency situations involving hazardous materials. Monitthe storage, use shipment of hazardous materials.

61 Participate in the Site Safety Committee support other departmental safety.

61 Provide technical input fdepartmental standard safety procedures to maintain consistency with regulations, internal programs polices between sites.

61 Provide support on training, coordination facilitation in Risk Assessment Management of Change programs; including Job Safety Analysis, equipment assessments, ergonomic assessment training.

61 Provide on-site EHS support during questionnaires, audits follow-up.

61 Review material onboarding implement waste handling, disposal minimization programs as appropriate.

61 Responsible fenvironmental activities, such as engagement savings monthly report.

61 Organize the groups industry health assessment, acceptance, regularganization of industry health checks, to ensure that the operation of health.
开展公司职业健康评价、验收，定期组织员工职业健康检查，确保作业健康。
61 Implement site CMBC matters, manage site security guards.
落实业务持续性相关事宜，管理工厂保安。

Position Requirements: 职位要求
61 At least 3 years hands-on experiences on EHS management in a manufacturing environment.
至少 3 年在制造业环境中进行 EHS 管理的实际经验。
61 Must be capable of managing multiple tasks.

61 Good commend of Mandarin English language skills.

Above bacheldegree majin Engineering Environment related field
大学本科以上学历，环境工程与安全工程相关专业；
·3 year directly related training processing experience, prefer oversea company experience in an automated environment
3年安全工作经验，有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先；
·Good knowledge in manufacturing system
有制造业体系建立的经历与知识背景
·Solid knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14001, VDA, TS16949,etc，know about the first aid the other EHS laws.
熟悉ISO9000,ISO14001和OHSAS18000体系；熟悉制造业环境安全管理体系；了解急救知识、消防、危 险品管理；熟悉熟悉特种设施设备的管理；熟悉EHS外部事务的办理流程；熟悉EHS相关的国家和地方法律法规及其他要求

定期组织公司 EHS 风险识别与评估，审核各部门评估质量，监督风险控制措施落地执行；
Organize the identification assessment of
the companys EHS risks regularly, audit the quality of assessments by each
department, supervise the implementation of risk control measures.

跟进公司 EHS 目标指标完成情况，负责相关基础数据的收集、核实、汇报与分析；
Follow up on the achievement of the companys
EHS objectives targets, be responsible fthe collection,
verification, reporting analysis of relevant basic data.

通过公司新闻等渠道宣贯 EHS 要求、活动及动态，打造企业
EHS 文化；
Promote EHS requirements, activities and
updates through company news other channels to build an EHS culture within
the enterprise.

组织厂区 EHS 检查工作，对隐患下达整改通知，跟踪整改进度、验证整改效果并建立隐患管理台账
Organize EHS inspections in the factory area,
issue rectification notices fpotential hazards, track rectification
progress, verify rectification effects establish a hazard management
ledger.

统筹 EHS 应急预案演练，提升厂区应急处置能力，根据演练反馈完善预案；
Oversee the drills of EHS emergency plans to
improve the factorys emergency response capacity, revise the plans based
on drill feedback.

跟进 EHS 管理体系不符合项整改闭环，参与事故调查，指导制定纠正预防措施并跟踪落地；
Follow up the closed-loop rectification of
non-conformities in the EHS management system, participate in accident
investigations, guide the formulation of corrective preventive measures and
track their implementation.

协助运用视频、AI 等新技术搭建公司
EHS 培训体系，提升全员 EHS 意识与操作能力，跟踪培训效果；
Assist in building the companys EHS training
system by applying new technologies such as video AI, improve all staffs
EHS awareness operational capabilities, track training effects.

协助识别 EHS 相关法规及政府要求，传达至相关部门并跟踪执行情况；
Assist in identifying EHS-related laws,
regulations government requirements, communicate them to relevant
departments track the implementation status.

协助更新 EHS 管理体系文件，保障体系有效落地并持续优化；
Assist in updating the documents of the EHS
management system to ensure the effective implementation continuous
optimization of the system.

协助公司 EHS 相关因素监测工作，分析监测结果并同步至相关部门；
Assist in the monitoring of the companys
EHS-related factors, analyze the monitoring results share them with
relevant departments.

协助或参与 EHS 体系内外部审核，持续优化体系，确保审核无重大不符合项；
Assist in participate in the internal and
external audits of the EHS management system, continuously optimize the system
ensure no majnon-conformities are found in the audits.

完成主管交办的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程等相关专业；
Bachelors degree above, majin Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering other related majors.
持有注册安全工程师、环境工程师职业资格证书者优先，具备 ISO14001/ISO45001 体系内审员证书者优先；
Candidates with Certified Safety Engineer Environmental Engineer professional qualification certificates are preferred, those with ISO14001/ISO45001 internal auditcertificates are preferred.
2 年及以上制造业 EHS 管理相关工作经验。
Over 2 years of relevant work experience in EHS management within the manufacturing industry.
具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和问题解决能力，能有效对接内外部相关方，推动合规工作落地。
Excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently engaging with internal external stakeholders to drive the implementation of compliance work.

具备较强的多媒体编辑与制作能力 。
