【岗位职责】
1、 负责端侧AI加速器功能模型的开发与实现；
2、 配合相关团队，共同推进AI芯片软件栈的构建与优化；
3、 参与系统芯片的需求梳理、架构规划及技术规格制定；
4、 搭建性能建模与仿真环境，结合典型benchmark完成性能分析与调优。

【任职要求】
1、 计算机、电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具备5年以上相关行业经验；
2、 掌握Spike/Gem5/SystemC等系统级建模工具，具有实际建模与仿真经历；
3、 精通计算机体系结构，熟悉SOC架构发展趋势与关键技术点；
4、 了解大模型及transformer类算法，并具备相应的建模能力。

-Working Schedule：8:00AM-16:30PM, Mon. to Fri.
-Requirements:
1、Applicant must:
· Be a native English speaker with Z visa qualified only;
· Has bacheldegree above required, with TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate at least 1-2 years working experience as a teacher;
· Plan, prepare deliver lessons;
· Behave in a proper way set good examples fthe students;
· Draft submit qualified teaching plans summaries in time;
· Attend school events as required;
· Participate in department meetings, professional development activities;
· Complete the curriculum achieve the targets feach semester.
2、Preference will be given to the applicant who:
· Has IB PYP training certificate past IB PYP teaching experiences;
· Loves students, respects Chinese moral standards cultures;
· Be able to present teamwork spirit work collaboratively;
· Has overseas international school working background.

工作职责：1. 从事A Level相关科目的教学工作、根据教学计划进行授课并保证课程质量及教学效果 ；
2. 负责相关学科的教学研究，并参与教学研讨等学校教研活动；
3. 根据宝山世外教学模式和教学要求，积极做好课堂反馈以及各项教学服务工作；
4. 参与并组织相关竞赛和活动等 。
任职资格：1. 硕士及以上学位,拥有1年以上相关经验的海外工作或学习经历；
2. 拥有教师资格证或同等资质，国际课程教学经验者优先；
3. 英语语言能力强，可双语授课；
4. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和进取意识。
