防损员岗位职责

岗位职责：
1、负责班组内的全面管理工作，检查员工的仪容仪表，指派保安员工作。
2、组织班组保安员学习业务知识，经常进行岗位练兵。
3、处理对班组保安员的投诉，加强巡查，处理巡查中发现的问题。
4、安排好本班组当值保安员的用餐时间，杜绝空岗用餐。
5、保持与各岗位的联系，建立安全防范网络。
6、协助上级处理各种事故。
岗位要求：
1、中专及以上学历（退役军人优先考虑）具有一定组织协调能力。
2、有消防证优先
3、有酒店相关部门工作1年以上经验，接受过酒店安保培训。

1.To patrol all areas of the hotel, the outer perimeter, with a view to identifying any threats to the safety security of hotel guests, associates properly. Inform duty supervis& CCTV. Pay particular attention.负责巡逻所有酒店区域及外围，发现任何可能对客人、员工、酒店财产安全和消防方面的隐患，立即通知当班督导及监控中心，并采取相应的措施。
2.Respond to any allegation of a criminal offence committed in the hotel. Speak to the person reporting the offence, any witnesses, make written notes of all relevant particulars. Make any further enquiries you consider necessary to confirm whether not an offence has been committed, if so, to identify the culprit(s). Request police assistance if you feel that this is necessary, in any case if the victim wishes this to happen. Make a written report of the incident to be submitted to the Loss Prevention Supervisin his absence, to the Directof Loss Prevention.对违法或犯罪分子的行为和陈述做出反应，对涉及人员、证人的陈述做好书面记录，对事件进一步询问，不管犯罪行为是否已经发生，找出违法犯罪的人员，如有必要联系警方寻求帮助，如果受害人有要求，协助其联系警方，做出书面报告提交保安主管/ 保安部经理。
3.Respond to ant disorderly violent behaviin the hotel. Any person persisting in disorderly behavishould be removed from the premises. Request police assistance if necessary.对暴力或骚乱行为立即采取反应，对不听劝阻的人员立即驱逐出酒店区域，如有必要联系警方帮助。
4.When dealing with guests, visitors other associates, display hospitality skills appropriate to a five-star hotel. Guests will see you as a representative of the hotel, not necessarily as a loss prevention officer, will come to you with questions problems which may not be of a security nature. Ensure that your knowledge of the hotel is such that you are able to deal with guest questions problems. Your attitude towards other associates should be such that they are encouraged to report suspicious incidents to you speak freely to you on matters affecting security.在与客人、访客或其他员工交谈时，按照酒店的标准热情待客，客人认为你是酒店的代表，尽管你是一名保安员，他也会询问一些与保安方面无关的事。确保有足够的知识回答关于客人的询问和帮助他们解决困难。如果用这种方式对待员工，他们会很积极地向你汇报可疑事件或安全隐患。
5.In rotation with other Loss Prevention officers, carry out the security element of induction training fnew starters in accordance with written notes provided.在换岗交接时，主动为接岗或接班人员交待清楚所在区域的安全问题，并做好书面记录。
6.If requested, provide 15-minute training to other departments on security related matters.根据实际要求为其他部门或相关事件做15分钟培训。
7.Hold an intermediate-level certificate fLP Guard 持有中控员中级证书

负责巡视工作，在当班期间坚守岗位，确保饭店的既定工作程序和巡视工作的正确执行。 有责任成为公共区域的宾客接待员并以笑容及合适的问候语面对客人。

2.认真执行交接班制度
3.观察，注意并跟踪在酒店徘徊的可疑分子
4.在饭店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在饭店周围无闲杂人等
5.正确保养对讲机
6.对饭店进行随机检查，以保证饭店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等
7.负责检查消防和生命安全设备的使用寿命(例如手持式化学灭火器等等)
Responsible fpatrol duties, remain at post during the shift, ensure the proper implementation of the hotel’s established procedures patrol operations.Act as a guest host fpublic areas, greeting guests with a smile appropriate courtesy.
Ensure proper execution of patrol duties provide security fguests colleagues.
Earnestly implement the shift handover system.
Observe, monitfollow suspicious individuals loitering in the hotel.
Arrange external patrol points at hotel entrances exits to ensure no unauthorized personnel around the hotel premises.
Properly maintain walkie-talkies.
Conduct random inspections of the hotel to ensure the implementation of security measures, such as unobstructed fire doors, no equipment blocking fire hose cabinets, cleanliness in storage areas, adequate sprinkler coverage, etc.
Inspect the service life of fire-fighting life-safety equipment (e.g., portable chemical fire extinguishers, etc.).
