任职资格
1.2. 教育背景：具有分析化学、药物分析、天然药物化学、有机化学、药物化学或相关专业本科或以上学历。
1.3. 资历：优秀应届毕业生或有从事过化合物制备分离纯化1年或以上的工作经验。
1.4. 热爱分析分离及药物研究工作。

工作内容
1.6. 协助项目组进行分离制备样品的方法开发、纯化分离、后处理、馏分及样品的分析检测等工作。
1.7. 负责实验室管理，按照实验室各项规定完成各项工作。
1.8. 参与分析分离仪器的维修维护，协助故障解决，通过定期保养，预防性维护等方法对分析分离仪器进行控制和管理。
1.9. 完成分配的分离项目，完成分析数据的整理、分析、记录及报告撰写。
1.10. 遵守公司的保密、合规、安全、卫生等制度，确保各项制度的顺利执行和实施。
1.11. 完成部门领导安排的其他工作。

You will be engaged in the analysis separation of small-molecule drugs, primarily focusing on testing by using analytical instruments, method development, validation, separation purification. Simultaneously participate in the construction optimization of innovative pure platforms fsmall molecule drugs, as well as impurity analysis identification work. This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.

运用各种分离技术如Prep-HPLC为Medicinal Chemistry，Synthetic Chemistry，Library 提供的混合物进行纯化；
运用HPLC或SFC等方法提供专业快速的手性分析和手性分离服务；
运用各种分析方法（如HPLC，UPLC，LC-MS，GC，GCMS，IC，ICP-MS，HR-MS 等）为 Medicinal Chemistry ，Synthetic Chemistry 和Discovery Process Chemistry 提供客观准确和及时有效的分析数据；
利用常用结构鉴定手段（IR, HR-MS, NMR等），能够对目标产品和杂质进行结构解析和鉴定；
了解仪器的基本维修，定期进行仪器维护，排除小故障；
能够根据公司要求，及时地总结工作，完成实验研究报告；
Purify crude sample from Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, Library using various purification techniques such as Prep-HPLC.
Provide professional rapid chiral analysis separation services using multiple techniques such as HPLC SFC.
Utilize various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc., to provide objective, accurate, timely analysis data fMedicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, Discovery Process Chemistry.
Be capable of conducting structural analysis identification of the target product impurities with commonly used structural identification methods (IR, HR-MS, NMR etc.).
Understbasic instrument maintenance, perform regular instrument maintenance, conduct trouble shooting fminissues.
Conduct complete experimental research reports in a timely manner according to company requirements.

分析化学、药学或相关专业博士学历，具备良好的分析化学、有机化学基础，CET-6；
熟练使用Prep-HPLC，Flash，LCMS等仪器；
熟悉常用结构鉴定手段如IR, HR-MS, NMR等；
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
具有良好的英文基础；
遵守相应的安全规定及制度。
能适应快速的工作节奏，能够承受较强的工作压力。
Possess a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, related field, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistryganic chemistry, CET-6.
Familiar with commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, H-NMR, etc;
Demonstrate proficiency in operating instruments such as Prep-HPLC, Flash, LCMS, other relevant equipment;
Exhibit excellent communication skills a collaborative spirit to effectively interact with colleagues contribute to a team environment;
Have good English skills to support effective communication presentation of scientific information;
Adhere to relevant safety regulations protocols inder to maintain a safe working environment;

生物化学、生物工程、生物技术、生药学、天然产物化学等相关专业博士学历，CET-6。具备良好的生物化学和纯化基础；
在生物制药领域，具备系统的专业知识和经验，尤其是纯化和分析方面；
熟悉色谱纯化技术原理、技术手段与方法开发思路，包括且不限于SEC、HIC、IEC、RP、AC、超滤、电泳、介质填料等；有抗体偶联药物(antibody-drug conjugate ADC)、寡核苷酸(Oligonucleotide)、多肽化学合成(Peptide)、蛋白类等生物大分子药物相关研究或工作经验优先；
熟悉各种生物分子分析检测手段，包括且不限于LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF， SDS-PAGE等；
具有积极的学习态度与严谨的科研精神。
有自学的手段与自行设计实验路线的能力，能够独立开展项目。
具备项目管理素养，责任心强，有团队合作、创新、保密意识及职业素养。
具有良好的表达能力，良好的英语听说读写能力

Majin biochemistry, bioengineering,biotechnology pharmacognosy, natural product chemistry with a doctoral
degree CET-6, with a strong foundation in biochemistry purification sciences.
Have a systematic expertise experience in the biopharmaceutical field, especially fpurification analysis.
Be familiar with the principle of chromatography purification technology, technic method development strategies, including but not limit to SEC, HIC, IEC, RP, AC, ultrafiltration,electrophoresis, separation media etc; have purification experience in biological macromolecules such as antibody-drug conjugate (ADC),Oligonucleotide, Peptide is preferred.
Be familiar with biomolecular analysis detection methods, including but not limit to LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF，SDS-PAGE etc.
Have a positive learning attitude rigorous scientific spirit.
Can research design experiment protocols by yourself.
Good project management ability, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, innovation, confidentiality awareness and
professional qualities.
