financial analyst岗位职责

Responsiblity:
Plant: 18~24 months’ plant assignments in two different manufacturing plants, the candidate fthis position will assist the plant controller to -
•Ensure timely accurate close of book that is fully compliant to US/statutory/corporate requirement;
•Perform plant cost inventory management related activities;
•Assist Plant Controller with completion of the month end reporting package;
•Partner with business to enhance their understanding of plant spending, resolve issues, correct errors;
•Support financial forecast plan (short term long term) of the plant track towards it;
•Develop financial plan (short term long term) of the plant track towards it;
•Perform enhance control process of the plant, including SOX, capital spending control, etc.;
•Support other ad hoc projects as requested.

Function: 6 months’ functional assignments in 2 of the function teams in China, functions include but not limited to the following –
•CSS Asia
•Internal control
•FP&A
Sequence duration of above 2 main modules might change based on availability of each team.
Education & Experience:
•Must be willing to relocate to other cities f1 2 years fthe program training;
•Must be willing to go to the city that company assigns, including but not limited Hefei, Wuhan, Guangzhou (Zengcheng), Haikou, Wujiang, Chongqing, Chengdu, Jiangmen, after graduation from the program;
•Bacheldegree in Finance Economics equivalent, MBA is preferred;
•Strong Finance/Accounting Background, knowledge of US GAAP SOX, CPA ACCA preferred;
•4-5 years work experience in Finance function of multi-national company environment;
•Familiar with SAP PS system will be a plus;

工作职责：
1、完成日常成本会计工作：计算产品成本/监控和分析实际生产成本与标准成本/预算的差异 并调查原因；
Perform daily cost accounting tasks: calculate product costs, monitanalyze variances between actual production costs standard costs/budgets, investigate the causes.
2、协助预算编制，收集各业务部门预算需求，制定预算模板与编制流程，确保预算合理；Assist in budget preparation，collect budget requirements from various business departments, formulate budget templates preparation processes, ensure the reasonableness of the budget.
3、结合公司战略目标，分析预算与实际执行的差异，输出差异分析报告；
Combine the companys strategic goals, analyze the differences between the budget actual execution, output variance analysis reports.
4、经营分析与报表制作：定期出具公司经营分析报告，针对成本管控、盈利能力等开展专项分析，为管理层决策提供数据支持与合理化建议；
Business analysis reporting: regularly issue company business analysis reports. Conduct specialized analyses on key areas such as cost control profitability, providing data support rationalized suggestions fmanagement decision-making.
5、维护与优化财务分析报表体系，确保数据及时、完整及准确；
Maintain optimize the financial analysis reporting system to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, completeness.
6、配合完成年业务部分相关工作，提供所需的分析数据与资料。
Support business department work: provide required analysis data materials frelevant business departments.
7、及时准确完成上级交办的其他事项。
Complete other financial-related tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求：
1、全日制财会专业，本科及以上学历；
Bacheldegree above in accounting / finacial ralated.
2、三年以上外资制造企业工作经验；
At least 3 years foreign company working experience.
3、有财务分析工作经验；
Experience of costing controlling.
4、具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文财务报告与专业资料者优先；
Have good English reading writing ability, those who can read English financial reports professional materials will be given priority.
5、SAP经验尤佳；
SAP experience preferred.
6、能熟练使用Excel，懂得函数运用
Familiar with Excel use formular function.
7、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效对接各业务部门，推动工作落地；
Possess good communication coordination skills, able to effectively liaise with various business departments promote work implementation.
8、工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力与团队协作精神。
Work with rigattention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, possess strong stress resistance team collaboration spirit.

Job Responsibilities（工作职责）
1.独立编制及深入分析月度、季度及年度财务报表，并负责预算、预测与实际差
异分析。
2.参与并支持年度预算、滚动预测及长期财务规划的制定与执行。
3. 提供深入的财务分析，评估业务表现、成本趋势及盈利能力，并提出改善建
议。
4. 与业务及职能部门紧密合作，提供有洞察力的财务支持，协助管理层决策。
5. 主动监控关键财务及运营KPI，识别潜在风险、效率提升及增长机会。
6.准备及支持管理层汇报材料、董事会报告及专项分析。
7.支持内部控制、合规及内外部审计相关工作。
8.推动财务报告流程、系统及自动化工具的优化，以提升效率及准确性。
9.为项目、投资评估或战略规划建立及维护财务模型。
Qualifications & Requirements（任职要求）
1.金融、会计、经济或相关专业学士学位。
2.具备2–3 年财务分析、管理会计或相关工作经验，制造业经验者优先。
3.须持有 ACCA 或中国注册会计师（CICPA）资格。
4.具备扎实的财务分析能力，能够将财务数据转化为业务洞察。
5.熟练使用 Microsoft Excel（高级函数、建模）；熟悉 SAP、Oracle、Power BI 等
系统者优先。
6. 具备良好的沟通与呈现能力，能够与非财务背景的利益相关者合作。
7.能够在快节奏、多任务环境中独立工作并与团队协作。
