firmware engineer岗位职责

作为一名嵌入式开发工程师，您将主导AI加速器的底层软件使能工作，与系统软件团队紧密协作，参与完整SDK软件栈设计与开发。

1，负责SoC系统的固件的设计和开发；

2，定义软硬件编程接口，协同硬件驱动管理AI加速器；

3，建立固件的开发测试环境，包括硅前/硅后调试和相关工具开发，编写测试用例；

4，与系统和硬件工程师一起解决AI加速器系统出现的问题。

岗位要求

1，计算机、微电子或电子技术相关专业，本科及以上学历，有加速器和异构计算开发经验者优先；

2，8年以上嵌入式开发经验，精通C/C++/汇编语言编程；

3，理解BareMetal或RTOS的开发流程，掌握固件的设计和调试技巧；

4，有较好的操作系统编程经验，熟悉常用处理器架构的loader过程和实现；

5，熟悉电源和散热管理；

6，熟悉硬件错误/异常管理是加分项；

7，有大规模系统调试经验是加分项。

Job Description:
工作职责：
1.Response fhardware software development fEEPROM, MCU, Re-driver Re-timer system. 负责EEPROM， MCU， Re-driver和Re-timer系统的软硬件开发。
2.Research, design, test support the firmware electronics used in high speed cable loopbacks研究，设计，测试和支持高速电缆和环回板中使用的固件和电子设备。
3.Working with team chip suppliers to provide firmware solution fACC AEC products. 与团队和芯片供应商合作，为ACC和AEC产品提供固件解决方案。
4.Assist in the development execution of test set-ups application programs to troubleshoot resolve product issues to validate products to all applicable product requirements协助开发和执行测试设置和应用程序，以排除和解决产品问题和验证产品符合所有适用的产品要求
5.Existing EEPROM/MCU/Re-driver/Re-timer programming system maintenance upgrade. 现有EEPROM/MCU/Re-driver/Re-timer编程系统的维护和升级。
6.2nd source chip evaluation qualification兼容性源芯片的评估和鉴定。
7.Training coaching of firmware/hardware fthe team. 为团队提供固件/硬件的培训和指导。
Requirement:
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering. 计算机科学、计算机工程或电子工程专业本科以上学历。
2.5+ years of industry experience with firmware development. 5年以上固件开发行业经验。
3.Familiar with assembler language programming, good at C/C++, Visual Studio 熟悉汇编语言编程，擅长C/ c++， Visual Studio。
4.Experience working with EEPROM, MCU, Linear Equalizer, DSP 有使用EEPROM， MCU，线性均衡器，DSP的经验。
5.Familiar with network communication interface protocol is preferred, such as Ethernet/ PCIe/ SAS…etc. 熟悉网络通信接口协议优先，如以太网/ PCIe/ SAS等。
6.Ability to learn quickly contribute in several different areas of embedded software （firmware） 。development 能够快速学习并在嵌入式软件（固件）开发的多个不同领域做出贡献。
7.Good Reading Writing English skill 良好的英语读写能力。

As a SeniSoftware Engineer on the Core Software Connectivity team, you will be responsible fenhancing the industry’s most innovative embedded networking solution fstreaming audio developing the firmware fnew product introductions with modern radio chips. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the business across multiple disciplines of software, hardware, acoustics, WiFi technologies. What You’ll Do
1, Use your knowledge of C, Linux kernel mode development, network device drivers to bring up new prototypes future Sonos products on the latest, highest performing wireless networking hardware.
2, Use your understanding of IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth, Ethernet, networkganization routing algorithms to improve the performance scale of the Sonos wireless network.
3, Work with the rest of the embedded software development teams to understthe audio streaming application software being built on top of WiFi, suggest ways in which the higher-level software may make most efficient use of the underlying network.
4, Work closely with the Hardware Platform Software teams to optimize Sonos platform performance, maintaining our market position as the most advanced audio hardware system in the world.

Basic Qualifications:
1, BS MS in EE, CS, Mathematics, related discipline.
Proficiency in C using formal development processes tools
2, 7+ years of experience developing, optimizing, maintaining embedded systems
3, Solid understanding IEEE 802.11/wireless mesh networking network stack (TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, NAT)
4, Experience in Linux kernel development debugging

Preferred Qualifications:
1, Track record of shipping reliable, extensible maintainable software
2, Hands-on debugging skills using logs, packet captures (e.g., Wireshark), regulatory tools, RF analyzers, SoC-level tracing tools
3, Experience working directly with external vendor(s) to integrate troubleshoot issues with chips drivers.
4, Experience leveraging your curiosity to solve problems in innovative ways.
5, Experience effectively communicating your ideas verbally over Slack (email, Confluence, etc).
