国际贸易采购岗位职责

主要职责：
管理和运营国际贸易项目，专注于技术设备与货物领域，包括但不限于工业机械、电力系统、船舶及基础设施解决方案；
负责海外客户在中国的全采购流程，涵盖技术需求评估、供应商寻源、市场调研、成本比较、谈判以及中英文采购报告编制；
作为海外客户与中国供应链之间的沟通桥梁，确保跨境信息传递准确、及时、高效；
全流程订单执行，包括物流规划、运输安排（如FOB、CIF等）、海关清关协调及问题处理，保障货物顺利交付；
提供与机械、电气系统及设备集成相关的技术评估与问题解决支持，确保所采购方案符合运营需求；
协同工程与运营团队，根据项目需求为产品选型、改造或设备定制提供建议。

任职资格：
本科及以上学历，工程类（如机械、电气等相关专业）、国际贸易或相关领域背景；
具备扎实的技术基础，能够理解机械、电力系统及设备配置；
拥有3–5年及以上国际贸易、采购或项目管理经验，具备工业或基础设施领域经验者优先；
中英文流利（普通话），具备优秀的书面及口语沟通能力；
熟悉国际贸易模式（如FOB、CIF等）及物流协调流程；
具有较强的分析、谈判和问题解决能力。

工作模式：
时间灵活，以项目节点为导向安排工作；
无固定办公地点，以远程工作为主，根据需要协调现场工作。上海地区申请人需按需求至上海总部办公；
需出差，主要目的地为长三角，珠三角以及东南亚地区；
薪资面议。

语言要求：
精通英语与普通话，能运用两种语言进行顺畅沟通、撰写报告及参与会议。

International Trade & Procurement Manager

About the Company

Its four majdivisions—Damin International, Yilaifo, Luon, BBD—serve numerous well-known global brands. The group is now expanding new business sectors is recruiting an International Trade Procurement Manager to support this innovative venture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead manage international trade projects, focusing on technical equipment capital goods, including but not limited to industrial machinery, power systems, vessels, infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle foverseas clients in China: from technical needs assessment supplier sourcing to market sweeping, cost comparison, negotiation, procurement reporting (in both English Chinese).
• Bridge overseas clients Chinese supply chainsby ensuring accurate, timely, effective cross-border communication.
• Manageder fulfillment end-to-end, including logistics planning, shipping arrangements (FOB, CIF, etc.), customs clearance coordination, issue resolution to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide technical evaluation problem-solving support related to machinery, electrical systems, equipment integration to ensure that procured solutions meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering operations teams to advise on product selection, retrofitting, customization of equipment based on project needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, related), International Trade, similar fields.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to understmachinery, power systems, equipment configurations.
• 3–5+ years of experience in international trade, procurement, project management, preferably with exposure to industrial infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in English Chinese (Mandarin), both written spoken.
• Experience with international trade models (FOB, CIF, etc.) logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills.

Work Model
• Time: Flexible, project based milestone–driven scheduling.
• Location: No fixed office location; remote work with on-site coordination as needed. Shanghai based applicants need to go to our Shanghai office on demand.
• Travel: Frequent travel required, mainly across South China Southeast Asia.
• Salary is negotiable.

Language Requirements
Proficiency in both English Mandarin, with the ability to use both languages as working languages fcommunication, reporting, meetings.
