1.Operate boiler attend all repair works related to steam supply. 
操作锅炉并负责与供汽有关的所有维修工作 
2.Drive the business . 
积极推动酒店生意 
3.Maintain all additional systems which adjust the quality of boiler laundry systems 
保养所有其他调整锅炉质量和洗衣房系统的系统 
4.Record mechanical readings of boiler, laundry steam system 
记录锅炉、洗衣房和蒸汽系统的机械读数 
5.Carries out repairs maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm
sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems swimming pools. 
进行维修国内冷热水系统冷却水系统、卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉系统和泳池。 
6.Attends to repairs replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas back-ofthe-house areas. 
负责维修或更换客房公共区和后勤区所有的浴室/卫生间设备 
7.Attends to all types of repair maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions /
extensions to the Hotel any other properties maintained by the Hotel. 
负责酒店内所有类型的维修工作包括酒店的任何新的补充/扩展或酒店维修的任何物业事项。 
8.Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program. 
参加酒店节能计划。 
9.Use initiative foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without
the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer. 
在没有当班工程师/总工程师指导的情况下主动并预见性的着手于预防性维修计划中规定的工作任务。 
10.Responsible fservicing attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment,
kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water
treatment plants, sewage treatment plant electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV,
telephone, TV, fire lives safety equipment & system. 
负责服务和维修各种类型的设备如洗衣设备、厨房设备、供暖、通风和空调设备包括电机、水泵、风机、水处理厂、污水处理厂及发电机电灯和电力、闭路电视、电话、电视、消防和安全设备及系统。
11.Demonstrate Awareness of IHG Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies procedures ensure
all procedures are conducted safely within PPE guidelines ensure your direct reports do the same

12.Be aware of duty of care adhere to work place health safety related various IHG policies and

13.Be familiar with property safety, first aid fire emergency procedures operate equipment safely

14.Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation notify supervisors of potential dangers 
主动改正危险情况并将潜在的危险通知主管 
15.Carries out regular fire alarm test as per IHG standard 
根据IHG标准定期进行消防警报检测 
16.Log security incidents accidents in accordance with hotel requirements 
根据酒店的要求记录安全事件及事故 
17.Ensures that the work shop related areas are kept in a clean tidy condition. 
确保工作间和相关区域的整洁状况 
18.Complies with Hotels Health, Safety & Hygiene Policy.. 
遵守酒店的健康、安全与卫生政策。 
19.Perform other duties as assigned by superior. 
履行上级分派的其他职责。

岗位职责:
1、负责锅炉房的锅炉系统等设备运行、维修保养、水质检测等工作；
2、做好锅炉及其附属设备的维护保养和年度检修工作；
3、掌握设备运行的技术状况，保证设备正常合理运行且节能降耗；
4、处理系统故障，发现问题及时上报相关领导。
任职资格：
1、身体健康、品行端正，无任何不良记录；
2、具有锅炉证，熟悉锅炉设备的工作原理和操作要求，具有良好的专业基础和管理经验；
3、两年以上锅炉及管道设备运行维护的实际工作经验；
4、踏实肯干，对工作认真负责，适应两班倒。
5、年龄：25~50岁
工作地点：服从公司安排（主要在广东省佛山市高明区）；

1、负责锅炉设备及附属设备运行、检修、技改、调试、验收的技术指导和技术管理工作，保证设备正常、安全运行；2、负责专职内技术方案、生产作业指导书、设备运行规程、设备保养和检修、备件材料计划、设备档案的制定和编制；3、负责专职方面设备管理、技术资料、原始数据、检修记录、缺陷记录收集整理，协助指导档案管理员搞好资料归档管理，并负责专职方面专业技术培训工作；4、根据设备运行状况，制定技术经济指标和消耗定额，分析生产日记，随时修正不合理运行参数，整理分析检修、试验技术记录；5、协调其它部门的工作，完成交办的其他工作；
