About the Team
This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as ＂Capri.＂ This business unit is planned fdivestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company global innovatin automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.
What you can look forward to as Hardware Engineer:
1.Utilize engineering disciplines including Six Sigma, DFMEA, DFM/DFA to develop robust design solutions.
2.Generate concise effective analyses, reports presentations fboth internal customers focused discussions reviews.
3.Participate in customer/supplier reviews discussions.
4.Analysis of sensor/ECU system performance.
5.Develop system/component test specifications/plans processes, including DV/PV.
6.Lead/support the design development of hardware schematics, BOMs & layouts.
7.Lead/support the documentations of WCCA, HSIS/ICD, FuSa other requested specifications.
8.Lead/support supplier discussions prototypes build.
Your Profile as Hardware Engineer:
1.Bachelabove in Electronic Engineering related field required.
2.Basic understanding exposure to automotive hardware development process (DFMEA, DFM/DFA, DV/PV).
3.Knowledge of analog & digital circuit design.
4.Good spoken written English.
5.Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative, communicative.

岗位职责：
- 负责汽车电机逆变器硬件设计；
- 主导电路拓扑设计、关键参数的计算和仿真；
- 负责硬件热设计；
- 负责硬件原理图设计；
- 主导电子元器件选型；
- 指导layout设计；
- 制定测试及产品验证计划；
- 负责硬件问题分析；
- 负责硬件设计过程产品质量保障措施，比如进行DFMEA, FTA。
任职要求：
- 本科5年以上,硕士3年以上汽车驱动电机硬件开发经验；
- 精通功率半导体参数计算和仿真，驱动器的设计: 损耗计算，尖峰控制，电源拓扑，性能优化，防护和吸收;
- 熟悉相关工具软件，如Altium Designer, Cadence, PSPICE, Saber等；
- 英语流利。

职责Dutie
1、负责产品（UPS、DVR、BMS、储能）硬件、电气设计，并根据项目阶段输出相关设计资料文档；解决项目过程中的关键技术问题。Responsible fthe hardware electrical design of products (UPS, DVR, BMS, energy storage), delivering relevant design documentation according to project phases; addressing key technical challenges during the project process.
2、完成项目和产品的硬件全流程工作（包括硬件方案规划、方案实施、器件选型、电路设计、调试、测试、文档输出、技术支持等）。Execute full-cycle hardware development fprojects products, (including:Hardware architecture planning & implementation; Component selection & circuit design; Prototyping, debugging & validation testing;Technical documentation & production support.
3、负责产品优化、降本设计；Lead product optimization cost-reduction design initiatives.
4、产品样品、试产、量产问题分析与解决。Analyze resolve issues during prototyping, trial production, mass production.
5、负责公司产品及其衍生品的优化、维护工作。Oversee the enhancement maintenance of company products their derivatives.
教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上学历。Bachelors degree above.
2、电力电子、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation related majors.
备注：薪资本科6000-8000元，硕士8000-10000元。Note: Bachelors degree holders 6,000-8,000 RMB, Masters degree holders 8,000-10,000 RMB.
