合同主管岗位职责

岗位职责:
1.在部门负责人指导下，统筹公司合同管理工作,协调推进合同全流程落地,
2.负责公司各类业务合同的起草、审核、修订及履行跟踪与监督
3.依据国家法律法规及公司制度，参与合同谈判规范合同流程，确保合同签订与履行合法合规
4.负责项目申报、资质办理等工作中合同业绩材料的审核与整理
5.组织开展公司法律知识培训、合规宣贯等工作
6.参与供应链体系建设，负责供应商开发、评估管理及相关采购执行工作
7.完成上级交办的其他工作任务
岗位资历要求:
1.学历要求:本科及以上
2.专业要求:法律、理工科相关专业
3.其他要求: 熟悉《民法典》等相关法律法规，了解公司经营管理流程;通过法律职业资格考试者优先;具备扎实的法律专业素养、较强的文字表达能力、沟通协调能力与风险意识，严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的执行力与团队协作能力

工作职责：
Ontime award ratio Meet cost saving target. Prevent risk delay via proper planning regular monitor.
1. Set up project subcontracting procedure plan, execute several main service packages, execute project subcontracting strategy. Monitproject subcontracting plan comply with schedule cost requirement.
2. Prepare project AVL based on project needs requirement. Source & evaluate new subcontractors.
3. Supporting PPM to respond related inquires from PMT Client.
4. Prepare, review and/approve all related contractual documents relate to project, i.e.: RFQ, Bidder list, Bid Opening, TBE, Cost Analyse, negotiation MOM, Letters, CBE, Contract, changeder, payment, final close out as obligation.
5. Prepare, review and/approve final negotiation strategy, MOM, Key T&C etc. to ensure in line with the companys interests legal requirements. To get the most competitive price through fair competitive negotiations based on procedures.
6. Prepare submit related report, i.e.: weekly project report, weekly subcontracting plan, monthly cost forecast report, team KPI review report, Project Subcontracting Close Out Report, etc.
7. Manage solve overall project Claims Changeder Disputes which related to subcontract cost by proper close out planning execution. Supporting to solve problems arising in the performance of subcontract, including quality, schedule etc.,
8. Review payment application final settlement of subcontracts.
9. Coordinate with project PMT related departments fsmooth subcontracting execution.
10. Maintain good subcontractrelationship to promote win-win cooperation between both parties.
11. Responsible fassigned bidding support.
12. Other duty assigned.
要求：
1.5-10 years relevant experience in offshore plant construction marine industry preferably with 4-5 years in procurement/materials management including subcontracts administration.Skillful at EPC project management, FIDIC terms subcontracting management, with strong team manage ability practical in deal with complex issues.
2.Fluent English in reading, writing communication.

4、负责合同履约监督与风险识别；
5、负责分包商与采购合同支持；
6、负责定期编制并向项目管理层汇报合同执行情况。
岗位要求（资格条件）：
1、6年以上大型油气/炼化/化工EPC项目合同管理或相关经验；
2、英语流利，能起草/谈判英文合同；
3、熟悉国际EPC/EPCIC合同模式，熟悉FIDIC条款；
4、熟练使用办公软件；
5、英语/俄语四级以上，熟练的英语/俄语听说读写能力；
6、45岁以下，身体健康，能适应长期驻外工作。
