岗位职责
· 负责公有云基础设施的代码化交付与治理，使用Terraform管理云上资源（IaC），推动模块化与跨环境标准化复用。
· 负责 Kubernetes 生产集群的日常治理与持续演进，包括发布策略、扩缩容、组件升级与 Helm Chart 维护。
· 负责 CI/CD 流水线的建设与变更管控，落地发布门禁、灰度策略与回滚预案，提升交付效率与变更质量。
· 负责监控告警体系建设与治理，提升监控覆盖率，推进告警分级、收敛与操作手册闭环。
· 负责系统补丁与安全基线治理，推动漏洞修复与依赖升级的流程化、自动化落地。
· 参与容量评估与成本优化，支持云网络相关问题定位与排障。

任职要求
· 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，2 年以上相关工作经验。
· 具备 Terraform 或同类基础设施即代码工具（IaC）的实战经验，能独立完成模块开发与交付。
· 熟悉 Kubernetes 核心概念与生产实践，能描述在发布、回滚、排障、扩缩容等场景中的实际经验。
· 至少熟练使用Bash/Python等脚本语言编写可维护的自动化脚本与工具。
· 熟悉 Git 工作流与代码评审协作方式。
· 责任心强，良好的沟通能力与跨团队协作能力，能与不同国家的技术团队沟通协作，具备良好的文档与交付习惯。
· 熟悉使用Confluence/JIRA工具。

Thoughtworks is seeking a talented motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, maintaining robust scalable cloud solutions four clients. Youll contribute to all phases of the cloud lifecycle, from initial architecture discussions to deployment, monitoring, ongoing optimization, with a strong focus on automation best practices.

Responsibilities
Design & Implementation: Participate in the design, development, deployment of cloud solutions, primarily within the GCP ecosystem (with exposure to Azure AWS beneficial). This includes leveraging automatedchestration configuration management techniques.
Infrastructure Management: Assist in deploying configuring cloud resources, managing services, ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance of cloud-based infrastructure.
Automation & DevOps: Support contribute to DevOps practices, including continuous delivery automation the integration of cloud-native services to efficient delivery pipelines.
Monitoring & Optimization: Monitsystem performance, identify troubleshoot issues, track resource utilization, set up alerts fproactive problem detection.
Security & Compliance: Support security compliance initiatives by following best practices contributing to the design implementation of secure enterprise cloud architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Firewall, Routing, NAT, Terraform, LoadBalancer, Storages, DB).
Collaboration & Documentation: Actively participate in team discussions, contribute to detailed design documentation, provide status updates to team members supervisors.
Learning & Growth: Continuously learn adapt to new development processes tools, stay updated on industry trends, enhance technical knowledge through training feedback.
Requirements
BS MS in computer science related engineering disciplines.
At least 1-5 years of work experience as a Cloud/DevOps/System Engineer with proficient know-how in GCP (preferred, Azure AWS beneficial); cloud certifications are a plus.
Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), basic networking, infrastructure automation.
Experience in scripting programming concepts (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform).
Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools to track resource utilization identify performance issues.
Proficient English communication skills (both spoken written) are required to interact with international colleagues.
Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate questions, concerns, provide status updates.
A proactive attitude towards learning problem-solving, with the ability to manage personal workload meet deadlines efficiently.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with continuous integration continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including securing cloud resources, access control, data encryption.
Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Windows client/server Linux, Domain Controller, DNS, Firewall.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsibility to develop Software Middleware based on Linux/QNX/Android etc. OS.
 Responsibility to finished software requirement analysis, HLD design, DD design, Coding, UT, IT in project, make the them match the AutoSPICE process.
 Responsibility to review SOC chip HSIS with hardware engineers together, make sure it can match software requirement.
 Responsibility to Critical issue analysis (like Black screen, crash, frozen…).
 Responsibility to Lead to do DRBFM import lesson learn design.
 Responsibility to do team training build the Middleware software team capability make it to better.
 Responsibility to Lead to do review the software subsystem technical solution effort evaluation fnew project/DCR together with other engineers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 At least 5+ years’ experience of software development of Cockpit Electronics including IVI, Cluster (must to have more than 3 years’ experience of Linux System development).
 Familiar with POSIX standard interface. Familiar with programable language(C/C++/JAVA).
 Familiar with QNX, Linux, Android OS kernel principle application.
 Master the basic driver protocols of I2C/SPI/Uart;
 Master the basic principles of socket, understthe architectures of mainstream communication methods such as fdbus, someip, dbus, doip; have developed at least one communication model;
 Master the startup methods lifecycle management of processes/threads, understthe STR framework of Qualcomm/MTK/Semdrive platforms;
 Master the basic principles deployment methods of VLAN, understthe Android NETD module;
 Master the differential upgrade of Android, have developed the Android native upgrade service fAndroid 9 above; develop the upgrade module fQNX/Linux;
 Familiar with various log generation methods deployment as well as file management in cockpit systems (DLT, Logcat, Slog);
 Familiar with TA programming understanding of Trustzone principles.
 Experience with ASPICE development process.
