Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to bridge business needs technical delivery. You will work with stakeholders across departments to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize requirements, then collaborate with product team, architect to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders (leadership, operations, clients) to elicit, clarify, validate business needs via interviews, workshops, process walks.
• Analyze current-state (“as-is”) processes, identify gaps/inefficiencies, design future-state (“to-be”) workflows with clear business cases.
• Translate business needs structured requirements: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process/data models.
• Manage prioritize product backlogs (Jira/Azure DevOps), ensuring requirements are testable, traceable, aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business IT, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, ensure shared understanding.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, risk assessment fnew initiatives system changes.
• Regularly sort out project progress, data results, compile project status reports, deliver regular progress updates project analysis reports to stakeholders executive leadership, respond to business management demands in a timely manner.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree above
Experience
• 3 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst
• Proven experience delivering requirements fsoftware/IT projects in Agile and/Waterfall environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics
• Familiar with IT project budget management, resource scheduling scope control processes.
• Possess excellent cross-department communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving emergency response capabilities, able to coordinate multiple resources to promote project landing efficiently.
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering & documentation: user stories, BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, similar tools.
Soft Skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication, both Chinese English; able to present complex ideas clearly to both business technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management & facilitation skills; ability to lead workshops resolve conflicts.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
• Certifications: PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP,acle).

As IT Business Analyst of Technology & Innovation you act as the intermediary between the business IT. You are accountable fgathering input from business teams writing usable requirements (stories) fdevelopment teams planning the UAT process. This role requires experience with strategic business initiatives strong technical understanding.
Key responsibilities
• Have a detailed understanding of the digital business objectives (technical & innovation, quality, engineering process), technology solutions can translate high-level business vision, ideas strategic goals requirements ftechnology teams.
• Navigate the product (intelligent manufacturing processes, engineering, quality) technicalganizations to consolidate business input write business platform requirements fmedium to large sized projects projects that span multiple products, industrialize these products towards scale of the business.
• Work with business UX teams to obtain input, propose feasible options/solutions to meet requirements recommend best approach based on priorities (such as development time, usability, maintainability etc.)
• Own the collaboration process between the business tech teams to finalize requirements gathering within an agreed timeframe
• Submit final requirements (initial stories, fagile methodology) fdevelopment and/creative work to begin
• Responsible fdrafting the UAT plan capturing input from users, provide product team with consolidated change requirements
• Facilitate scope change discussions provide recommendations to Project Owners/Product Managers
• Accountable fvalidating that business requirements are met through the project/product’s delivery cycle helping the solution adoption
Skills & Competencies
• Domain (technology, quality, engineering) knowledge including understanding of technology (data analytic , IOT, AI/ML, digital twin), knowledge of industry trends familiarity with business strategy goals fgiven domain.
• Must possess strong communication leadership skills
• Ability to articulate document business requirements, identify risks manage trade-offs
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in converting business requirements functional requirements to use cases, epics, user stories with acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements measure communicate proposed project benefits
• Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to engage both developers business partners to achieve target outcomes
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology development projects experience working in agile project methodologies
• 3+ years of experience with technology ability to facilitate communication between business tech teams. Solid understanding in the areas of quality, engineering, AI. GenAI, digital twin understanding is a plus.
• Experience working in a matrixed technologyganization familiar with projects that span multiple development teams
• Domain (Plant Operations) background digital background with experience in a technical project environment
