岗位职责：
Your Jobs:

1. 员工入离职支持：负责员工入职与离职时的账号创建/注销、电脑发放与回收；完成 HR 系统中的相关流程任务，配合 HR 及行政部门完成协同工作。
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Support: deactivate user accounts, issue retrieve computers fnew hires departing employees; complete related tasks in the HR system, collaborate with HR Administration departments.
2. IT 资产管理：负责 IT 资产的全生命周期管理，包括统计、管理在库计算机及外设，制定采购计划并执行。
IT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including tracking maintaining in-stock computers peripherals, creating executing procurement plans.
3. IT 文档维护：针对已完成工作和尚未文档化的流程编写文档；维护SharePoint 上的 IT Wiki，以及对内的 Confluence 文档库。
IT Documentation: Write documentation fcompleted work processes that are not yet documented; maintain the IT Wiki on SharePoint the internal documentation repository in Confluence.
4. 团队协作支持：协助 IT 团队完成其他临时性任务。
Team Assistance: Support the IT team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


岗位要求
Job requirement:

1. 基础知识：了解基本的IT环境，电脑硬件，熟悉Windows、IOS系统基本操作。
Basic Technical Knowledge: Understbasic IT environment, familiar with Windows/IOS basic operations.
2. 资产与文档能力：具备一定的数据处理和文档编写能力，能熟练使用Excel、Word等工具；有Wiki、Confluence、SharePoint等文档平台使用经验者优先。
Asset & Documentation Skills: Strong data processing documentation skills; proficient in Office tool like Excel, Word, etc; experience with Wiki, Confluence, SharePoint is preferred.
3. 软技能：细心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能主动配合HR、行政及IT团队完成跨部门任务。
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive in communication collaboration; able to work effectively with HR, Admin, IT teams.
4. 热情与成长意愿：对IT工作有热情，并希望深入学习企业IT运作及管理流程。
Passion & Growth Mindset: Passionate about IT work eager to learn enterprise IT operations management processes.
5. 出勤要求：每周至少实习3天（可根据公司具体安排调整）。

Job Requirements
1. Majin electronics, communications, information management related professionals;
2. Good communication skills both inal written English;
3. Understlocal network build master basic skills in network equipment maintenance;
4. Familiar with commonly used server equipment, capabilities with fault diagnosis processing;
5. Responsible fmaintaining database of POS system other application system in the company; Experiences with installation maintenance of various operating systems, as well as network security, virus handling other maintenances;
6. Familiar with operating system management of Windows, Windows domain management, etc., SQL database related experience is preferred;
7. Experience in computer network maintenance, familiar with relevant network security products, such as firewalls, ids, anti-virus, vulnerability assessment tools.

岗位职责：
1、 负责公司常用的操作系统及应用软件的设置与维护；
2、 负责公司计算机硬件设备及外设的使用与维护；
3、 负责零售门店POS的设置和维护；
4、 负责维护公司内网设备及相关线路。
5、 负责公司网络协议及服务的安装与配置；
6、 负责公司域名、邮箱、服务器等有效性维护。
7、 处理公司员工的电脑、及公司其他IT设备故障，提供相关IT支持。

任职要求：
1、 电子、通讯、信息管理及其他相关专业；
2、 具有英语口语沟通及读写能力；
3、 了解局域网的搭建和掌握网络设备的基本维护；
4、 熟悉常用服务器设备,具备故障诊断和处理能力；
5、 负责POS系统及公司其他应用系统数据库的维护；多种操作系统的安装和维护，并有网络安全、病毒处理等维护经验；
6、 熟练windows等操作系统的管理，熟悉windows域管理，有SQL 数据库相关经验优先；
7、 有计算机网络维护经验,熟悉相关网络安全产品,如防火墙、ids、防病毒,漏洞评估工具等。
8、 负责电脑周边设备（打印机、扫描仪、传真机、复印机、投影仪等）安装与维护

工作内容：
1. 协助系统需求测试，根据指定的测试流程，提供测试文档和测试结果。
2. 制作培训文档，含文字和视频类。
3. 历史文档整理及归类。
4. 资产数据核对及更新
5. 账单数据核对
6. 系统账号权限管理。
7. 上司交代的其他事情。

任职资格：
本科，计算机相关专业
