JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Project Manager will be responsible fmanaging IT projects from project conception through post implementation. this specific role will be more focused on digital transformation projects in the areas of sales marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understbusiness pain points requirements, identify the areas where digital technology can play to enable the business success.
• Develop help the business to develop digital transformation strategy roadmap fthe specified functions subject areas.
• Provide overall project management to the identified IT projects to accomplish digital transformation objectives.
• Mentproject team stakeholders on project management processes.
• Manage the planning, estimating, budgeting, financing, monitoring controlling of cost to enable IT projects to be completed within the approved budget.
• Manage the timely completion of IT projects using the Global IT methodology various IT project management tools techniques.
• Manage the quality process fIT projects using the Global IT methodology various IT project management tools techniques.
• communicate project status reports, team meeting agendas minutes, stakeholders meeting agendas, materials minutes, other communications as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management in a related field.
• Three (3) more years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, specialized in Sales Marketing.
• Proficient with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Project Management
Principles.
• Broader knowledge project experience in majtechnology solutions, such as CRM, B2B, Big Data.
• Strong customer focus, effective use of a consultative approach.
• Excellentganizational skills ability to effectively communicate all levels of the
organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.
• Resultiented, sensitive to data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five (5) more years of experience in managing digital transformation projects, specialized in Sales Marketing.
• Two (2) more years of work experience in application development.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Requirements:
1. Bachelors master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in IT project management
3. Experience with specific project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
4. Proven track record of successfully completed IT projects.
5. Experience in managing cross-functional teams stakeholders.
6. Experienced in budget planning.
7. Fluent English

Your Task:
1. Assist in the coordination delivery of IT Production & Quality (P&Q) projects, including MES SCADA implementations, ensuring alignment with IT standards business requirements.
2. Support the analysis of cloud services digitization projects, with attention to emerging technology trends their potential impact.
3. Help implement global IT strategies contribute to project roadmaps that enable business change, such as new production facilities operational realignments.
4. Communicate with operational stakeholders (e.g., Production, Logistics, DemPlanning) to track project readiness deliverables.
5. Help establish efficient processes fIT service delivery, utilizing global shared services partnerships in collaboration with BU/IT project managers.
6. Participate in post-project analysis provide support in identifying areas fcontinuous improvement.
7. Assist inganizing training communications to enhance user experience operational excellence.
Your Profile:
1. 2+ years of experience in project support coordination; exposure to project management is a plus.
2. Basic understanding of virtual/global team collaboration.
3. Strongganizational communication skills, with skills in critical thinking research.
4. Introductory knowledge of manufacturing IT operations; familiarity with SCADA/MES systems is preferred.
5. foundational project management knowledge willingness to develop negotiation skills.
6. Fluent in English, both written spoken.
