家纺跟单岗位职责

岗位职责：
1.跟踪各工厂的质量，产品进度；
2.新品前期跟踪产品首样，确认洗标、不干胶等内容，对接工厂产前样并评审，出据评审报告；与新工厂对接仓库收货要求，包括打包送货、开单明细、送货时间等；
3.跟各工厂宣导我司产品品质要求，有异议处及时提出，配合工厂整改，出货前抽检并签字确认；
4.每天及时整理订单，库存数实时掌握，了解在途产品数，各工厂的大致产能，确保产品不影响销售，做到及时入库
任职要求：
1、25-40岁，男女不限，大专以上学历；
2、具有家纺行业跟单经验（内销优先），了解家纺生产品质、工艺；
3、具备良好的沟通能力，能沟通解决生产中的各种问题
4、吃苦耐劳，有较强的自驱力。

1.美资公司，老板是美国人
2.上海office规模：25人左右。美国团队100人左右
3.需熟悉外贸整体流程
4.汇报对象：美国总部（需要英文流利）
5.产品销售渠道：walmart sams costco 等

5年外贸家纺类采购经验，负责各类床上用品、家居软装等产品的跟单工作
协助美国团队产品打样，开发，控制品质/交期等；
英文流利，能适应全英文工作环境。

About our Company :
We are one of the largest importers in USA doing Home Textiles .We are now seeking a talented merchandiser fBath Dept to join our team with a focus on Home Textiles
Job Responsibilities:
Follow-upders with vendors, customers internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction on-time delivery
Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers quality budget requirements
Assist to maintain strong business relationships with vendors fproduct development production
Assist to negotiate be liaison with vendors suppliers
Arrange sample submission
Assist to work with our quality control product development department to ensure that all products manufactured meet the quality expected, the budgeted cost the expected shipment time.
Requirements:
Experience with merchandising, familiar with bath product, such as shower curtain, rug ect.
Must have 5+ years’ experience with home textiles.
Must have good communication/follow up skills
Working experience in top 10 home textiles company is a plus.
Candidates must be willing to take ownership of their work be a problem solver.
Must be business savvy able to negotiate.
