机械安装岗位职责

根据生产工艺卡规定的要求，完成产品机械部分的安装工序，并进行自检，能吃苦耐劳，做事认真、踏实，身体健康,45周岁以内。

Mission:
1. Follow working instruction to complete task with high production quality efficiency;
遵循作业指导书，在保证质量的前提下高效完成工作任务；
2. Join finish the Factory Installation to meet company quality efficiency target;
参与并完成工厂安装并达到公司关于质量和效率的目标；
3. Contribute the improvement of both Component & system production, Factory Installation.
致力于提高部件，系统生产和工厂安装工作。
Responsibilities:
1.Follow instruction / processes finish assigned task in production with high quality high efficiency;
遵循作业指导书，在保证质量的前提下高效完成指派工作任务；
2.Join the Factory Installation finish assign takes with high quality/ efficiency high customer satisfaction ratio;
参与工厂安装并有质量高效地完成指派任务，争取获得更高地顾客满意度；
3.Report production problem, errors in time fixed problem base on instruction;
及时报告生产问题，错误，并根据说明书解决问题；
4.Proactively fixing problem during Factory Installation;
在工厂安装过程中主动解决问题；
5.finish record / report / documentation in time with good quality;
正确并及时完成记录/报告/文档的填写；
6.Follow company regulation, include but not limited to 5s, TAP, TEC, ESD, DLP;
遵循公司的规定，包括但不仅限于5s,TAP,TEC,ESD,DLP；
7.Trouble shooting / errdiagnosis with PE / R&D, others if needed;
与PE/R&D等其他部门共同解决问题或分析错误；
8.Tasks assigned by the supervisto support others;
完成上级领导指派支持其他同事的任务；
9.Material inspection / rework outside of normal working procedures;
物料检查/对超出正常工作程序进行返工；
10.Be authorized to sign documentation/record according to the company regulation, e.g. SOP, working instruction, Travel Regulation.
根据公司规定被授权签署文档/记录，例如SOP,作业指导书，差旅规定。
Education Experience:
1/ College diploma above
专科或以上学历；
2/ Minimum 1 years of working experience in Manufacturing /service is required;
具备至少1年在制造业/服务业领域的工作经验；
3/ Has the advance technical skill according to AX SCM Make training assessment scheme basic practice in Micro office software, e.g. Excel, PPT word;
以AX SCM Make部门的培训评估为依据，具备基本的技术技能；并且具有基本的办公软件技能；
4/ Business resultsientation; customerientation; change management; collaboration & influencing; intercultural sensitivity;
以业务结果为导向，更好地完成事情；以客户为导向，能够了解客户的需求；能够接受改变；团结协作，能够提供支持；具有一定的跨文化敏锐度，能够理解文化差异；
5/ Open-minded; hard-working; able to work under high pressure;
心胸开阔；做事仔细，并能在压力下工作；

1.机械相关专业优先，裸眼视力良好；
2.能看懂机械图纸，负责非标机械设备的装配与调试；
3.善于学习，具备较好的沟通协调能力，有相关工作经验优先。
