机械项目工程师岗位职责

核心岗位职责
1.设备研发与设计：根据园林作业需求，设计、研发适合的园林机械（如割草机、绿篱机、粉碎机等），制定技术方案和图纸。
2.技术改进与优化：分析现有设备的性能缺陷，提出改进方案，优化设备结构或功能，提升效率、降低能耗。
3.技术支持与指导：为生产、销售及客户提供技术支持，包括设备操作培训、完善作业指导。
5.质量控制与标准制定：参与设备生产过程的质量管控，制定相关技术标准和检验规范。
6.市场与需求调研：了解行业动态和客户需求，为设备升级或新产品开发提供依据。
任职要求
•学历与专业：通常要求机械设计制造及其自动化、农业机械化等相关专业大专及以上学历。
•技能要求：具备机械设计、制图（如CAD、SolidWorks等软件）能力；熟悉园林机械的工作原理和结构；掌握设备维修、调试技能。
•经验要求：一般需要1-3年以上相关设备设计、维护或研发经验，部分岗位对经验要求更严格。
•其他素质：具备较强的问题解决能力、沟通协调能力；工作认真负责，能适应户外作业（如设备调试、现场指导等）。

岗位类别：工程项目或机械工程
岗位需求：
1. 年龄25-45周岁，大专以上学历，机械相关专业。
2. 熟悉机械加工流程，并有项目管理和跟进相关经验。
3. 熟练机械制图，会2D转3D，并能与客户交流沟通。
4.有驾照，能接受出差跟进项目。

工作内容：
1、新开发项目前期评估，生产技术规范、工艺优化、生产效率之提升、改进。
2、负责样品试样，问题点跟进分析及改善对策检讨。
3、参与项目开发阶段的打样工作，对出现的问题点进行原因分析与跟进，确保量产顺利进行。
4、参与解决所有产品开发与生产过程中的遗留问题点。
5、负责试制过程中产品结构与图纸核对及问题点反馈。
6、负责新产品BOM、ECN等申请受控和维护、更新。
7、负责项目开发自动化推动，夹治具制作进度的跟进与协调，促进效率提升。
8、新项目导入，开发进度、计划、质量等进行管理与监督。
9、负责SOP的制作及工时工价的审核工作。
10、积极和客户沟通项目的内容及要求。
11、测绘样品，编制加工工艺。
12、完成打样，达到客户要求。

职责描述：
In the sales phase the sales engineer decides fa final system concept. The Mechanical Engineer is responsible fdeveloping sales CAD-drawings based on tender specifications on the input of the sales engineer. He transforms the system concept a system layout drawing.In the project execution phase the Mechanical Engineer is responsible fdeveloping the final system CAD-drawings under supervision of the project lead engineer.The Mechanical Engineer also will support the sales engineer in preparing technical quotations bidding documents. He can do technical discussions with subcontractors clients flayout-related issues.
1. Prepare the conveying system detailed design base on the sales concept project contract requirement.
2. Prepare deliver the technical documents.
3. Prepare deliver the technical specifications fequipment.
4. Assist the technical communication demanalysis with customers.
5. Technical communication with project related building design company.
6. Technical communication with subcontractors.
7. Technical support project team finstallation commissioning.
任职要求：
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in mechanical design.
2. Fluent in English (reading &al & written).
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork.
4. Bachelor’s Degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Design Automation Major.
5. Exceptional writing skills to produce effective technical documents.
6. Exceptional ability to work with a global team in projects.
7. Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams to build partnership get things done.
8. Logical thinking, Strong analytical problem-solving skill with a high attention to detail.
9. Experience in material handling systems similar industry would be an asset.
